I wasnt really in the mode to purchase a bike, but they had one for demo without me throw down paper work first. After I test rode, I really dug the price. And the bike was still on sale for a 2015 Street Triple R. The sales person a group seemed to be in good spirits while going through the purchasing process. But it was getting late in the day and by the time papers were signed it was a few hours before they closed. I was told they would deliver my bike that day. And after thinking about it, I had asked if they could deliver my bike instead and I would ride my new bike home. The sales person asked the higher ups and came back and told me yes. But sooner after the papers were signed, he said it was too late to get someone to go out and take my bike and they had some event going on at another location. He asked if I would mind leaving my bike and they would deliver it on Tuesday. I was happy to have bike in hand and said ok. Tuesday rolls around and I call to see when they might be bringing my bike. I spoke with my sales person and he said he would call me back in about 30 minutes when he found out more. Just near an hour he text me letting me know that now they wont be able to deliver my bike and starts asking me to figure something out to come get my bike. Here all they excuses start piling up, "we dont usually deliver used bikes", "we normally charge for towing", "your last on a long list of bikes to be delivered" and it continues on and on. And he said they could possibly get it to me on Wednesday. I am self employed and I had to work the next day and had no way to be here when they delivered the bike. I will admit the sales person tried to offer half measures to deal with the situation, but I was done. I finally rented a trailer and drove 88 miles round trip to grab my bike. It is sad that I had problems right after I signed my papers for my bike that the true colors of this place started to shine through. Ive dealt with unprofessional dealers before and could already see the signs of trying to deal with this place down the road. And to make matters worse, I found a scratch above the tank on my bike that wasnt there before. And all the sales person said was, "I wish I could do more" and "I dont know what to tell you". If I hadnt enjoyed my bike so much over the weekend, I would have returned it, and purchased my bike from a dealership that wanted my business even after I signed for it. I asked the sales person to take me off any contact/maintenance schedules they might have. Every place and every person will have a different experience, and I hope for others that buy here, its a better experience. Just didnt think I would feel crappy after buying my first brand new bike. But hey, the bike is awesome...cant blame the bike because of half-hearted dealership.

Despite the fact that the only Google review Ive written is this one, all I can say is that its my experience. SALES--About 4 years ago, I was shopping around at all of the local Vic dealers, looking for the best deal on a 2012 XCT. Dealt with "Pooch". He wouldnt negotiate a penny off the asking price. When I told him the prices I was getting elsewhere, he did everything but call me a liar. I left and bought a brand new 12 Cross Country Tour at Temecula Motorsports. Pooch is still there, BTW, and he is their Victory guy. Recently, I sent an email via their website to get a price on a 13 HighBall they have in stock. I never received a reply or a phone call. So, I went and bought a 16 Street Bob at HB Harley. SERVICE--All Ive ever heard about this locations service department is that they are top notch. Unfortunately, my experience was limited to an oil change, where I asked them to install some locks on my fairing glove boxes. They "negotiated" me down to an hours labor to do the work, in addition to the labor involved with the oil change. End result was that they did ALL of the work in about 30 min. Needless to say, I felt like I was taken advantage of. I understand that they are a business, and need to make a profit, but at some point "working" with a customer to solidify return business should factor in at some point. Take all of this for what its worth. Maybe you will have a better experience than I did.

I went to that Motorcycle dealer to see the new Victory 2010. When i arrive no body care that i was there. After a few minutes a sales men, ask me ( What can i do for you) Instead of saying ( HOW CAN I HELP YOU ). I notice right away that, The sales men didnt know how to treat their customers when they walk in there store.I felt they only wanted my money & didnt care about me. They only care about making a sale... So i walk away. Next day i was still interested on the bike, so i called them and the receptionist answer the phone, so speak to speak to the Store Manager. I spoke with him I told him that i was interested in purchasing the 2010 victory. and i ask him couple questions about that bike, and he didnt know the answer to my question. And he ask me ( Where are u planning to buy ) I said from another Victory dealer. He respond with an Attitude !!! Well go ask Them !!! and he hang up the phone on a very rude way... What can you expect from that dealer when the Store Manager behaves very rude to a customer over the phone.. Ill never got to that Motorcycle dealer again !!! They just Lost a Potential Buying Customer...

I first called Southern California Motorcycles on 6/9/17 regarding our 1999 Polaris Victory Cruiser and having them work on the recalls. I spoke with John who asked me to send him an email with the VIN # and my info, which I did. I never got a response to my email, so I called again today. John answered the phone and I told him that we spoke back on June 9th about the recalls on the bike. He didnt ask me the year, make or model on the bike or my name. His rude, matter-of-fact response, "The recalls are expired and parts are not available." Okay, geez John, you sure have a great memory! So as soon as we hung up, I called Polaris and told them what happened. I spoke to Steven, a customer relations manager, who looked into it and informed me that the recalls on the bike are safety recalls which arent expired and parts are available. So either John just didnt want to deal with me or just blatantly lied to me. Either way, I would never consider taking anything of ours there ever!!!! Note to upper management: Educate your employees on customer service practices!!!!

We are glad to stop by Socal Motorcycles to get our Brand New Multistrada 1200S Granturismo. Junkies sales managers at Berts Mega Mall just too much BS. We thought we got a better deal on the bike (which it was, about $700 better on the bike itself) from Berts but they were trying to BS us on the credit and mark up on the interest which make the entire deal cost $2,000 higher. Then we almost sign the deal thinking it was brand new bike but it was a demo. Visited Socal Motorcycle, We were tough on Jason and David and got away with great deal that I think Jason wasnt too happy :-) cause dealership didnt make much, if any at all, from selling to us. THANK YOU JASON and DAVID and Sorry being pain in the backside!!! But the main deal is...Jason just straight forward with the cost, credit score, and finance program. He disclosed every bit of information to us and just made us feel comfortable and respectful. Thank you Chris for delivering the Bike and showing us how things work. DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK when we are ready to upgrade from VSTAR to VICTORY Bike.
