I love Express stores but had a bad experience at this one. I did not get the womans name but I was ready to try on a few clothes, she addressed me, stating she would be right with me and then walked around the entire store asking everybody else if they needed any help before coming back to the fitting rooms to let me in. The same thing happened with checking out, I was next in line and she left her register and said they would be right with me and I had to wait another 5 minutes or so while 2 more people were waiting in line behind me. It was very unprofessional and I did not appreciate it. It ruined my experience.
