I try to go to Ross on Tuesday, its senior discount day, extra 10% off total purchase. Im sorry to say the La Habra store was a real mess, as usual !All the shelfs with lotions,face creams & hair care were like coated with product, you couldnt touch anything without something all over your hands. I dont know why they even bother putting labels on the shelfs, HAIR CARE, BODY & SKIN, etc. Its ALL mixed up. Makes trying to find a particular product nearly impossible It doesnt seem to matter what day of the week I go & theyre also moving things around inside, they need to do it at night when the store is closed. None of the stores ever have enough check stands open, especially on Tuesday when theyre a little busier. I remember a week before Christmas last year , they had 2 check stands open!! I really like the deals I get there & its close to home , but usually I go over the hill to the Fullerton store where its clean & neat, always. (Malvern/Gilbert)

I will never shop at this store again. I just bought a whole set of dishes and when I realized I couldnt leave the store with their shopping carts, I asked if someone could help me carry them out to my car and was told - "Sorry, we cant do that". Luckily I had someone with me who could help carry these heavy dishes out to my car. Otherwise I probably would have taken them back and gotten my money back. So much for customer service.

big store with a lot of selection. i went the other day for shoes and found a great pair of Kevin Durant brand, for 37 dollars. thats a steal. also great selection on mens clothing

Always looks like a bomb went off inside, register always backed up. Terrible selection and there is always something missing from packages. Feels more like an indoor yard sale.
