I shop at ross once in a while in hopes to find that "one item" my issue with this one is the loss ptevention guys who simply because this ross is located in la puente the assume that most people walk in with a need to steal, the most uncomfortable part its that is so obvious and annoying. A word of advice is that people will buy if are in a good happy mood and not in a state of paranoia due to the possibility of being embarrassed in front of everyone thats shopping. And hear from some woman they feel sexually harrased by the look they have along with the pedophile smile.

Im really surprised on how unprofessional the workers are. As I walked up to pay I greated the cashier (Luis) and he rudely ignored me the whole process of the checkout because he and his coworkers were to busy blabbering about their plans tomorrow night. Where are their manners?

Close to home. Great prices. I bought a pair of shoes. And saw them at Macys for 3x the price. Love looking for dresses. Unexpectedly found some comfortable pants too. The check out line is slow. Usually 1 or 2 registers. Need more help.
