Poor customer service I called the Azusa store and talk to Percilla asked if she could look to see if they had a certain TV tray , she told me to call back in 20 min. I called back and asked for percilla, Christine answers she said they looked and dont have TV trays , so I went to the store anyway it sounded like they didnt even bother looking . I found five TV trays , I asked Yolie at the register Who are Christine and Percilla, and she said they are the managers. POOR customer services. If they are the managers what kind of example do they set for their employees

Wouldnt even give this Ross a star, they dont deserve it. Worst customer service ever, cashier charged me twice, it was a common mistake and I wasnt bothered by it, what I was bothered by was that she didnt say hi or ask me how my shopping experience was and didnt apologize for charging me twice. She had the meanest look on her face, how did she get a job?? Worst Ross.

The store has good prices on a lot of different name brand stuff. The problem I find with this place is that its not that well organized and you have to search for what you want and Im not very big on searching for a long time. I like to get in and out of I can.

People are friendly. Its clean , its fresh. Always find good deals sometimes even find the same item with a smaller price tag and I bugle . *Hmmm? do I get the blue vans for $25 or the blue vans for $20*..
