Fact--I love Nordys! From the beginning of time their service has been exceptional! So it griefs me to say, but the "service" I have received on numerous occasions at the EBar (1st floor, near womens shoes) has been horrible. They stand around and gab about personal topics, text on the phone, stand around and do nothing while the customers wait in line. Who are these PEOPLE? If I want poor service, I can get it cheaper and faster somewhere else. Nordys you can do better without that entire Ebar staff.

I have been ordering things from Nordstrom since last month recently. I have ordered some BP faux fur convertible clutch bag and some jewelery. I must say they have an amazing return policy as well as customer service! One of my good friends got me into this place. Its my absolute favorite place to shop for their sales since it is a very high end store! Not to mention the silver gift boxes are adorable and add a nice finishing touch :)

Such excellent service! Bryant Justin M, just have me the best service possible. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy! He didnt have to go out of his way for wrapping my little girls shoe but he saw it was in a hurry and ask him if there was a place inside the mall where I can get it gift wrap.. he took matters into his own hand and took care of it.. thanks !

Depending on what youre looking for, the prices are on the high side, but products are also on the higher end. The store is bright and clean. You dont feel cramped. Its easy to get to with parking entrances from both upstairs, downstairs, and the garage. The garage has been smelling like trash lately, and it isnt even that hot right now.

Such excellent customer service and return policy, its amazing. Things are a little more on the pricey side, but the quality is definitely there. I love the free gift boxes! Also, they can now scan your purchase on their smart phone anywhere in the store and then go bag it and bring it to you. Awesome!

I hate this store the associats in the kids department totally humilated I wanted to cry. My daughter received a gift and I wanted to exchange it but forgot my reciept and they told me they couldnt return it as left 2 of the workers said Oh yes look what she is wearing you know she didnt payfor that.

Exceptional service. Theres one young lady in particular in Mens department that is what customer service is all about. Aimee Kiyani (I hope I spelled her name right) is got to be the kindest person I have ever met. Very personable and simply awesome!

This is my favorite Nordstrom because their customer service is excellent and js a big store. Has its own parking section and isnt crowds as other part of the mall.
