Spacious clean store with large selections of the latest trend; however, security acts like Rambo in profiling certain colored customers (it would totally be fine had it been done uniformly. Think about it...some people are so desperate as to risk their freedoms for some stuffs? Get a grip and chill out!), kind of a shame with a star deduction as the rest of the staff was polite, cheerful. Definitely the best of all the 5-6 Ross stores Ive visited. Hopefully, this problem will be rectified next time.

Tried finding a smaller size shirt asked the fitting 4 help was rudely told I had 2 wait in the checkout line no one else was on the floor 2 help. Told the cashier on my way out what happened she could care less. Also always find broken items on the shelves.
