Worst customer service. I spend hundreds of dollars and I return something they make u feel like a theif I will never go back and its sucks because I used ti like the store and the one at anaheim Plaza like to charge u for things twice and then denie it they need diffrent staff.

Didnt find anything I was looking for here. Like other stores in the Plaza, this store needs more than just a little TLC. Like all ross stores, there was a long line to check out which further discouraged me from making a purchase.
