My experience in this store was very awful due to a very unprofessional cashier name Juliana. I purchase a guess purse for my wife and she was unsatisfied with the purchase so I tried to return it. I had a receipt in hand , purse never used . Per store policy receipt returned can be given with original receipt. Per Juliana return cannot be made due to no tags but I will check the cameras to see if tags where given . I waited for 35 minutes while she checks cameras with my 4 months old son and wife while she is verifying the purchase she finally comes back and says we cant return it. She clearly said it was purchase here But I cant return it. I said what are my options on the purchase and She said no options come back when you have the tags . So unprofessional , unsympathetic knowing store policy is on receipt. Thanks to Juliana awful customer service a Ross loyal customer will never want to go back their again .

This Ross is in a large shopping center and is very popular. I always see employees walking the isles, putting things back in the proper places, but they cant always keep up with the numbers of people who come in. They try to be helpful and guide me to where the item I seek or something similar is located. I especially like the people Ive come across who help keep the clothes sorted just outside the dressing room; theyre patient and courteous even with the constant flow of customers. The jewelry section is rarely manned, but someone will help if Customer Service is notified. The checkers try to be speedy and handle the items with relative care: theyll wrap picture frames and bag small items separately. I do like that if a tag has gone missing, a runner will be dispatched to find the item. Not many discount stores have that kind of policy -- certainly not Burlington just down the way.

This Ross is pretty awesome. Good selection and pretty clean, with the exception of the carts, the carts are disgusting, I ended up lugging everything arround because I couldnt find a single clean cart

One of the Rosses I visit often and no, not because of the dresses. Sometime I wish they would change the name or maybe just take out the "dress" and be Ross for Less.

You can find good deals here. The customer service is not to par and it is not the cleanest Ross Ive been too. There is a bit of a wait when checking out too.

Ladies restroom is a complete mess, nobody take care of the cleaning and I reported to the manager and 1hr later no one do absolutely nothing.
