Keep your receipt or give them your email address when you buy! )+I cleaned out my car the previous day so the receipt went into the circular file. The invertor never powered on. On top of all that they were short and dismissive. When leaving I felt like somehow it was MY fault. Thank you Dean! He said no problem come on down. He was asking for his 10 minute break with the same breath he used for telling me too bad for my luck.

Of course they dont have the highest quality tools, thats not what I come here for. I come here for when I need a certain tool im not going to be using very often. And their tools are not even that bad for their price. Good warranty service and the staff here is friendly and helpful. Before heading to Home Depot and spending a lot of dough, come here first and save some cash for the brewskies after work. : )

Been to a few different Harbor Freight tool places in Northern Calif. This one was a bit more cluttered and the people less helpful than the Sacramento area HF stores. Maybe it just shopped there at a busy time, being it was a weekend.

Got my saw sharpener without any help from employees. Finally found an employee to help and he ran the other way. 6 people ahead of me when I went to check out .... only one cashier. Ridiculous. Will avoid if I can.

If youre here to buy tools for work, go somewhere else. The tools break easily and are cheaply made. But if you just need tools for routine maintenance around the house youve come to the right place.

Not the best stuff here but it haves real good prices for those on a budget. They also have a good variety and give free stuff with any purchase.
