I got their Taro Milk Tea, which they say is made of real taro! I was busy talking so I didnt pay much attention to see if it really taste like real taro. It didnt taste as good as Taro Milk Tea from Fantasia or Sharetea, but its pretty hard to find places that make their Taro Milk Tea out of real taro instead of powder so Im not gonna complain. Whats really cool is they have a conference room in the back if you want to have a private conversation! I never knew about it. I went on a Saturday afternoon on a long weekend, and it was pretty empty. So there was no wait. The server even delivered my tea to the conference room where I was sitting!

Waited over half an hour on this busy day to get a milk tea, that once ready, stayed on the counter for ten minutes as impatient customers hoarded the delivery counter and our name didnt get called. I can understand that as it was very, very busy and hot that day (and i felt sorry for the two ladies working their ass off), but the place was clearly understaffed and kept taking orders. The worst though was that the straw was way too small and the tapioca got stuck like crazy all the time in it, making it almost impossible to drink anything. Bubble tea is supposed to be drunk with an oversized straw! Wasnt worth the wait at all.

Dont waste your money here, employees dont know how to follow simply orders, always get it wrong, and management does not help to make things right and rectify incorrect orders. Slow service also not very clean establishment, employees handle money and then also grab your orders such as ice cream macaroons/Mochi in a NON servsafe compliance manner. Just go somewhere else! Youll be glad.

Interesting take on the traditional shaved ice dessert. Essentially, its shaved ice in a cup, consumed through a straw. There are many unique toppings to choose from, and they are willing to sample toppings you may not be familiar with. The service is very fast. They do not have a loyalty program. Its a nice change from just bubble tea.

Good boba and they also sell mochi. I first got taro tea and it had a powdery texture which I didnt like, but they were very nice about exchanging it for me. The black tea with pearls was really good. I didnt notice any options for sweetness level, but you might want to ask as the tea was pretty sweet.

Interesting little place I stopped in after reading the sign that said avocado Vietnamese iced coffee. Sounded to weird to pass up. It was delicious the first few sips were interesting then it became addictive. Cant wait to go back and try some of their other interesting drinks!!

This location is more expensive then other locations in the franchise. They workers were polite, fast, and the drinks were tasty. They never asked if I wanted to upgrade my drink to a large size when I was there. Would definitely go back if Im in Downtown Sunnyvale.

Tried one of their mochi ice-cream round desserts and got very disappointed. They advise to wait for 3 minutes before eating it but waiting didnt make a difference. The mochi was never soft and powdery like it should be. Customer service was good and friendly.

Tasty dessert with many creative combinations! I love the Bambu Favorite, with taro, coconut milk and pandan jelly! Tried the pandan waffles for the first time today- was a bit dry and not much pandan flavor. Will still come back for the dessert che though!

The best mint teat I ever tried! I ordered hot mint tea without sugar (which is exactly what I wanted), and it tasted amazing: so many subtle tastes and after-tastes that I regretted I only ordered one BIG cup of it. Will definitely come back again :-)

We usually stop here when visiting the Sunnyvale Farmers Market. My favorite is the "Avocoffee," which is exactly what it sounds like. The drinks can be filling, so depending on your stomach size, you might want to eat a smaller lunch.

The che drinks are absolutely delicious. I personally love the Fruit Addict and Bambu special. Clean place and friendly staff. Drink sizes are just perfect. They also serve mochi ice creams which are also really good.

Unique blends along side classic favorites. Fresh fruit tea blends, juices, milk teas, or avocado, pandan, and basil seed. Clean facilities, good service, good location, and...plenty of pokestops.

Its a mixed experience. Generally the drinks are pretty good, but the staff is young. Ive had about half my orders screwed up in one way or another. Again not a huge deal, but super annoying.

Always come here after lunch in the area. Its usually quiet in terms of a crowd so its not always that busy. Drinks are always great, though so dont let the emptiness fool you.
