This is for the service received, we had a party of five on a Saturday night, 8pm. Didnt even take five steps in and a little Asian girl came running to my face and asked for here or to go? I said for here, and she wanted me to put my name on a receipt paper. All the tables were taken and seemed like they were waiting for their food, so we decided to just place an order to go, and they said 15-20 minutes. Came back after at 20 mins and only order ready was crepe, I had way better crepe, it was cold, crepe was hard. Kept asking where is the rest? they look away or starts talking with other host. Over an hour has passed and they say they are making it now! Ice cream was good, but unless there are NOBODY in the store, expect to wait over an hour!

Stopped in for my first time and WOW, very surprised. Good variety of teas, food, desserts, very reasonable prices....its a little "hole in the wall" that you might not notice. From the outside, it lacks curb appeal and their signage doesnt do them any favors, but once inside, its average and the lack of ambiance is offset by their menu and helpful staff. We tried it because it was late night and had few options....will definitely be going back. Girlfriend had lemon tea, I had coconut milk tea with pearls, both were good.

Had the QQ milk ice with egg pudding and boba. It was delicious! Other tea places usually blend milt tea and ice to get the smoothie-like texture... normally all the ice makes the drink watery, but not here. Would definitely go back. Did try their strawberry bannana smoothie on my second visit; found it to be a bit icy for my liking. The apple green tea was a bit strong on the tea side as well. Will be sticking to the QQ milky ice.

Ive been here a few times, mostly for dessert. Their snowflake desserts and the pan fried ice cream is so unique and tasty. I didnt love their snacks as much as the dessert, but im not giving them a lower rating because of that. The manager has always been nice too. Just a warning, their snowflake desserts are definitely for sharing! Such a large portion!

I always missed it every time I visit Mitzuwa until I recently went in and ordered dragon fruit shaved icecream and chicken wing. I went back constantly for them as the taste is irresistible. Their savory crepes are also good.

Snowflakes are all made with fresh ingredients. Love their boba tea! They just added snacks and bento boxes to the menu which Im very excited about. Highly recommend this dessert spot!

The place is very mediocre. The ice cream is RIDICULOUSLY over-priced, and that is an understatement. We paid $35.00 for 4 dishes of ice cream that was worth maybe $10.00 #SMH

Adrian style ice cream, great taste. Negative is the seating arrangement, very little if it, and inside feel stuffier than it should.

Loved the taro coconut. The popping boba, mochi, and red bean were great on it. Only complaint is why is it so hot in here?
