Listen to me when I say this....."Ro....Ti....Bunssssss!!!!" ROTI BUNS! You cant walk out of the place without ordering their roti buns, banana split, green tea shaved ice, or something to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings! The original location and a growing business, Ive been here a few times after conjuring up the realization how much those soft, scrumptious buns taste so good in my mouth. You have a few options, but thats all that you need. Read over that menu and get all three if its your first time. Plain and simple. Plain- reminded me a little bit like a Chinese donut but softer and on the lighter side. Cream cheese- soft and delectably tasty with the cream cheese oozing outside of the bun...makes it twice as better than the plain. Butter Roti- omg....youll be in heaven! I swear. I think I wanted to cry when I took my first bite and the buttery, cream cheese and doughy-ness of that bun savored all the way to its core stomach that I was happy! Waffle Mini Fondue?? DO NOT...I repeat, DO NOT pass this up. Its not easy to eat alone, but gratefully nice to share around with a friend or two. Licked my lips and wiped the chocolate off my fingertip putting the rest of it inside my mouth....utter goodness! Next time someone suggests to go here.... *think with an Asian accent* "HONEY, BERRY nice choice!" =)

Ive had the roti buns before at Papa Rich down in Pasadena, but the version here is just as good if not better. Best when hot out of the oven, very fluffy, soft, and delicious. Thin coffee crust layer on the top. I got the one with butter for $1.75, but the butter isnt key so the plain is likely a better deal at $1.35. Look at changing TV screen next to the ordering counter for deals, for example, they had a roti bun + hot milk tea combo for $3.50, whereas the milk teas are normally $2.75. The blended green tea was a bit icier than Starbucks green tea frap, but similar in taste, for $3.50. I have to try the waffle with Gelato for $6.99 next time, looks generous with the scoops and delicious. Takes credit for over $5, has slow wifi with a router that seems to reset every 5 minutes, would be much better of a place to hangout if they had electricity plugs.

Salt & Straw offers unique flavor ice cream combinations. There is always a long line. They pride themselves on making homemade ice cream. You are welcome to try as many flavors as you like prior to ordering. My personal favorite is the Olive & Goat Cheese Ice Cream. It is sooo amazing. It is both salty & sweet w/a creamy goat cheese flavor paired w/Olive Brittle. I have never had anything like that. Sometimes, I take a pint home. The Strawberry Avocado is also wonderful. I definitely recommend Salt & Straw if you are in Venice & would like good quality ice cream. They also have other locations in Santa Clara, CA .

I found this place by Googling "frozen yogurt" when we were on vacation. Its not the typical froyo shop that Im used to. Its clean and cute but they seem to focus on other specialized type desserts. They only had one flavor of frozen yogurt ..which wasnt a flavor Id ever heard of. The girl who worked there told me it was a type of mixed berry and gave me a sample. It was so awful that I couldnt eat it and I didnt try anything else. I was disappointed in the flavor and the fact that it was listed as a place to get frozen yogurt.

This place is nice and clean. Its never too busy when I go whether it is during the day or at night. The staff is very friendly and provide great customer service. The roti buns are always delicious not matter what flavor we get. The milk tea drinks are on the sweeter heavier side, but I still get it when Im in there to help wash down the roti buns. For the price that I pay, its always worth coming in when Im in the neighborhood.

My favorite Honeyberry in the area, offering fresh roti buns and shaved ice - my favorites the butter roti bun and green tea shaved ice. The cream cheese roti bun is nice too, but oftentimes the cream cheese is not evenly distributed. You can also find gelato and flavored teas and drinks here. The only negative is that if you go in the mornings, they often only have the previous nights roti buns to sell.

Fresh Roti buns are the best! I dont usually get cravings for places, but Ive been back just for the buns. Not as fan of their ice cream though. I like thick, creamy Ive cream. Theirs is fluffy and artificial flavored. The green tea actually tastes like jasmine tea, so dont order it expecting matcha or youll be disappointed.

What kind of ice cream shop doesnt even have chocolate? I almost spit out my gelato after my first bite. It was like a creamier italian ice, and reminded me of road slush after the snow starts melting away in the northeast. Saw it was crowded so I figured it must be good, and boy was I wrong!

I only get to try the fruit shaved ice. I will definitely come back and try the Roti and others, I wasnt hungry enough to order them. The shaved ice is a bit pricey but its pretty big in portion with lots of fruits, red beans, mochi and a scope of ice cream. Its definitely big enough to do.

They take their time making your order. Dont seem to have any organizational pattern. Nothing they make is anything special. Their milk teas are also not consistent. Their regular milk tea isnt made on spot, they just take it out of the fridge

They have a few flavors of gelato, roti bun (signature), boba tea, fruity tea, and smoothie. Lots of sugary sweets basically. The buns are yummy, esp. the frutella one. Beware that your clothes will smell like the buns once you leave the shop.

The one and only Roti Bun. LOVE LOVE LOVE! It smells gooooood! I always get A LOT when I visit because its off the way. But its too tempting to resist. Save your money and get the plain Roti Bun. Price: reasonable.

The Roti gelato burger is just too much. It also has Nutella and is way too sweet. (And I have a sweet tooth.) It made me feel queasy afterward. Just stick to something simple on the menu.
