This UPS store did not open on time. went there at 9 am, and waited until 9:10 am on Friday, still not open. a few other people were also waiting, one guy said they always open late and usually they open at 9:05 am and "today they are pushing their limit" , the guy said.

Worst customer service via phone. Wouldnt answer my question and wouldnt give me his name to report the horrible situation. He hung up on me. Now is forwarding my calls. Definitely reporting to customer relations/corporate. This is not okay.

Worst UPS experience. The owner practices business unethically, changed the upfront price after you are ready to ship, charged $6 for free board and taping of packing, and will even charge you a "space fee" if you pack your own box

Great Service! I needed to return Amazon rented books. Just printed out the labels at home, brought them in, and they took care of packing and everything else for me. I just had to pay $3 for the box and that was it.

Notary service sworn in and got me in and out. No lip service like the UPS store Palo Alto. San Bruno was a nice experience and close to the National Archives, which was where my biz-nas was Coolio foolio!
