I had High hope, but found female to be unknowledgeable about color. Expensive mistake!!!! If she says color is a little off she actually means the red is missing. I asked for a sample first but the machines took too long to warm up so she gave me a small sample from a different machine, those looked fine. She told me the color is close to the sample, which looked nearly like my file but turned out, when I came back to pick up my 11 prints my red chopped tomato looked like black poop next to my burrito. My work is professional and have been printing for years, they treated me like I am stupid. It is so sad there are no more good print stores. I will have to go to Walmart cause I have had the posters printed there before and I know the color will turn out correctly and they dont make me pay for their mistakes and / or misunderstanding. The manager also took no interest in helping the situation, he was standing right behind her. He never took notice to me and my frustration. I do not recommend.

There is no comparison to the level of service and the quality of printing at Aurora Prints. The prices are the best I have found. Aurora Prints has made A-boards, simple flyers, and even 30 foot long banners for me and everything was completed in a timely manner and with exceptional quality. If you need personalized service for your printing needs this is the place to go.

I went there with a word document on a USB thumb drive on a Sunday afternoon. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our Christmas letter was printed nicely with full color photos that look almost a good as standard photos. The price on their website was what we were charged. Overall, a very good experience.
