We are a local church body in Tacoma, WA, Jesus Disciples Family Church, who has been around for almost 6 years. We have been working with Custom Shirt Shop for almost 5 years. They do our shirts for our family camp and youth camp, which is our two huge annual summer events. This year they also did our basketball teams jerseys. They have been our number one choice every year because of their outstanding customer service and because their prices are unbeatable. As the churchs secretary and media ministry head, I have done a lot of research in the Tacoma area for similar services and no one does it better than CSS Tacoma. Our first family camp was summer of 2011 and I still wear my shirt to this day. It has probably been washed over 100 times and it still looks as if I just picked it up yesterday. With that being said, the quality of work in each and every order is second to none. I would like to specifically mention and commend Numia. She has been the one Ive been working with and since we started using CSS Tacoma, Ive never left their shop each visit without a big smile on my face. She assures confidence that our order will be exactly as expected and executed in a timely manner. We look forward to continue our churchs relationship with this company and I think it is safe to say that we will never go anywhere else!

I started out looking for shirts to make for my class with no idea of what i wanted and where to go. I began my shirt conquest at southcenter but it ended so sudden there because their service was poor and prices were not matching the quality of their shirts(way overpriced). with little hope i searched google and came across the custom shirt shop, gave them a call and right away i knew this was the place because of the friendly spirited service over the phone it was quite a drive for me but definitely well worth it! when i got there Numia was able to help me come up with a brilliant and funny design and still work with my price range. the rest of my day was great after that. Thank you and i will definitely come back!

Absolutely Great service, Numia was my savior!!! I had a short time line to get shirts made and out to our boys, and they were the ONLY shop willing to work with me! paying a lil extra for the rush order was well worth what I got in the shirts I had made, and the appreciation of the team when they got them before our tournament. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that needs friendly and quality service. They will not disappoint! I plan on doing further business with them and strongly recommended using them for future projects to my friends and family as well! Thanks for making my boys stand out!!

The whole Custom Shirt Shop experience has been A+ since I started using them in July 2010. I work for a small non-profit and needed a company that was happy to take small to large orders on no set schedule at all. CSS does all of the screen printing for our program and event shirts. We have also used them for small logo embroidery. Their products are always reasonably priced, but its their customer service that really shines and keep me coming back after a few years. The Custom Shirt Shop team was very cooperative and helpful throughout the whole process. They have great customer service and attention to detail for what was needed. We used this store for military morale shirts, in which they were kind enough to give us a military discount and didnt try to upsell us. I was very pleased with the service I recieved from everyone I dealt with at the shop. I emailed them a design I had saved incorrectly and they quickly redid it in a proper format for free and had my design printed out and applied to my garmet in just a couple hours from when I had dropped it off! I found their prices to be quite reasonable and will certainly do business with them again.
