Absolutely wonderful staff!!! Ive been shopping here for two years and have no complaints. I gave 4/5 stars because of one flaw with this Petco location: no one ever answers the phone. If you want to get through to grooming, or any other specific department, you need to connect with the general line, and then ask to be connected to . . . . .

I took my dog, a mini poodle, for a bath but the results were not great. My dog did smell good but he wasnt brushed. Usually at other places after a bath hes always fluffed up and brushed. Here at petco his fur was left to be air dried it seems. I did not like the results. He came out looking the same as he went in.

I love this store always come here to get stuff for my cat Brandon one of the managers is always a great help. Whenever Im in there I look for him and hes very knowledgeable.
