Went to the Petsmart at Sunrise Village on Meridian, couldnt find a listing for that on Google. If I had the option of giving this 0 stars I would have. I took my puppy in for grooming because I had a coupon that came with useless puppy package that I purchased a couple months ago. I realized on my way there that I would be a few minutes late to the appointment. I had scheduled for 4:00, and due to the rainy weather and other drivers on the road, I was running behind. When I say running behind, I mean I may have just pulled into the parking lot at 4:00. I would not have been any later than five minutes. I called, and was asked how late I would be. I replied that I would be maybe five minutes late, and was then told that if I was going to be 15+ then they wouldnt be able to see my dog that day. I was right up the road, and being a person who tries to be on time to everything (five minutes early) I wanted to let them know I would be walking in right at or a few minutes after 4:00. After arriving (it was 4:02) I was told that Id have to wait as another pet parent had yet to pick up her dog. I thought this was interesting as Id never been in before, and first impressions being everything, they werent making a good one. Once the dog was picked up, we were able to sign in and I was asked what sort of services I would be needing. We needed a bath and nails trimmed. The attendant then took my dog. I asked how long it would take and was told two to three hours. I asked if I would be called once she was done, as I was not going to hang around the store for that long, and they said yes but they couldnt hold her for very long. I was called two and a half hours later, was told that my dog was ready to be picked up. Excited, I rounded up the family and we were on our way; our house was just too quiet without our five month puppy running around. Once there, the attended shockingly knew who I was there to pick up. I think it was due to the fact that it was 7:00 and very few dogs were left there. She went back to get her. It took a while for her to come back which we found strange. She told us that our dog whined most of the time and was too excited. There was absolutely no aggression and were working with our dog, so it wasnt something I expected to hear from a "professional" who deals with dogs, young and old, most days of the week. They had also done services we didnt request (a tooth cleaning). As we went to pay for our services, they didnt fully honor our coupon because our dog was a large breed. The coupon did not list that exception. Now, perhaps, since this was my first dog grooming experience, this may be typical but when we got home, my husband noticed my dogs back left paw had blood on it. It wasnt gushing or dripping but its once again not something you want to see if youre entrusting a "professional" with your dog. Shortly after that, we noticed blood on the ball she was playing with. The fact that other services were performed that we had not asked for, and that she came home bleeding in two different spots was enough to ensure I will never be using Petsmarts grooming services again. Again, this was my first experience with dog grooming, but I am sure there are better places out there. Places who arent around to make a quick buck. Side note, while leaving Petsmart one of the floor members proceeded to try and sell us the puppy package, again. (Grooming was $10.00 out of pocket, even though I had the FREE coupon from said puppy package.)

My wife and I are never shopping at Pet Smart again. It was an absolutely horrible experience. My wife took our 8 month old German Shepherd to get her nails clipped. At first my dog was behaving and sitting right in front of my wife and 7 month old baby. The Pet Smart associate then proceeded to "test" if she was aggressive by walking directly in front of her with a thick rope-like leash. Mind you, the associate was deliberate and quick with her actions almost as to provoke a reaction out of my dog. Naturally my dog ended up frightened because of how the associate approached my dog. They then proceeded to tell my wife she was too aggresive and was no longer allowed in the store. The associates were rude and did not hesitate to ridicule and embarrass my wife, all while she was holding our baby. Thank you Pet Smart for your rude and condescending employees, I will never shop here again.

We have been taking our dogs to this grooming saloon for over 6 years. For the last year or so we have been having issues with them grooming our German Shepherd. Today they lied to our face and said he bit the groomer when she tried to grind his nails. They refused to let us talk to the groomer or see the "bite" marks after the incident. On the way out of the store another customer greeted our pups and when my frustrated husband mentioned the incident to her she told him of her similar experience. They also had accused her German Shepherd of biting a groomer and would not let her talk to the women or see the bite marks. We will not be going back.

I am a customer of PetSmart shopping, grooming and the Banfield Vet. Clinic, but today I was treated with NO respect from the employee: Stephanie at this store. She was talking with people in the middle of the isle and then proceeded to tell me that "I was fine" when trying to shop as if I was in her way. She then proceeded to follow these people to the register without even giving any assistance or apologies for her unprofesssionalism. I think that customer service training needs to be implemented into this organization to ensure that their customers remain loyal. I will not be back into this store in the future.

Not really satisfied with knowledge of workers on where things are in the store. Granted though, I know that people have different experiences and some are better than other. All I wanted to find was kibbles that are soft for dogs who is old that cant have hard dog food. I told them I didnt want can food or refrigerated food but they kept on telling me to buy canned food. I told them I know you guys have pouch meals filled with soft meats. I gave up on 3rd time asking different associates, and found myself just kept walking and looking. Eventually found one in Cat isle somehow. Dog food in cat isle...

I took my puppy and grown dog there several times. The last time I picked up the puppy they said she bites and is aggressive and they will not groom her any more. When I got her home I noticed a large gash on her neck that had obviously been treated with medicine to get it to stop bleeding. She had also been bathed since to clean up the blood. Of course she may have nipped at someone who took a large gouge out of her neck and they obviously new about it but didnt let me know what happened. My big dog has had a few superficial nicks but she is very fat. Not at all impressed with the services here.
