Horrible place had keys cut they messed them up took them back and the owner refuse to let anyone there cut me a key and claimed he only had one competent employee who could cut a key and told the young guy working he basically wasnt good enough I explained it was my house key and had no way in my house without it and he was uncaring rude and sent me away still saying I needed too come back a different day for a single employee I had to go to home depot who actually hires people and train them so they can do a job just so I can get in my house the owner is a heartless a$$ oh and I forgot to mention the guy who cut the keys wrong is the same guy the owner claims is the best and only one who can cut the key right what a joke

=) Makes me happy to see smaller stores doing so well and doing business so right! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and really make that extra effort to make you feel confident in the purchases you make towards your projects. I bought a beat-up house about four years ago and I cant even count how many great pieces of advice the staff have offered me, which has saved me a lot of frustration and money. The service alone has me sold on this store, but to top it off, for being a small business the prices are very competitive. I dont know what I am going to do the day I move away from the area .;D

I really appreciate Aaron who took my dogs post surgical Zenpet Pro Collar bladder to find & repair a leak for me. They have ample parking in front & on the east side of the store. You ALL are Awesome

Fantastic service. The staff are extremly friendly. Although their prices might be a bit higher than their competitors, their service is number one. They offered me small discounts when they couldnt price match. They are very kind and helpful with any questions I have. They stock a lot of products that I always find what I need here.

Closer than Lowes and Home Depot which makes it convenient plus they ALWAYS seem to have what Im looking for.The down side is that they are a little higher in price but theyre competing with the big box hardwares.
