Normally we frequent another location, but a specific item was out of stock, I called to see if this location had the item before making the drive. I gave the employee the item #, she repeated what the item was and assured me they had them in Stock so I drive straight there. Arrive and NO they do not have the item in Stock, would be nice if they had competent employees. It was a waste of time and gas.

Harbor freight san bernardino has some of the hottest guys working to date. Employees like joe, manuel, dearo and especially that julian cannot be beat in the looks department. Try to avoid robbie and freddie as theyre more the uglier ones there. Ladies if ur looking for some good eye candy come down and see those four I mentioned. I like the place and can usually find anything that I need. Returning products are no problem. My one issue with the place is the long lines. Its a good place to find the tools you need at a decent price but the workers are few and overworked. Even if they hired one more person, Im sure that would speed things up

Somehow I received a flyer in the mail this last week that was 3 months expired. It had a fold able/stow able shop crane on discount and the manager Matt honored the price. Matt, that level of customer service will make me a lifetime customer.

Best place to buy tools that you need but dont have a lot of money to spend. All their hand tools have come with lifetime replacement. There is always something on sale. Staff is helpful at finding what you need in the store.
