I went in with a question in the plumbing department. Found a worker Daniel in plumbing he was no help at all. Was in a rush to hand me a universal part for my toilet and was spaced out as I was trying to explain and rushed off. Went up to customer service desk twice to ask for help or a manager and no one ever came to help. I even called the store as I waited several times & no answer. Finally I was about to just leave and I ran into an employee named Debbie and asked if they even had a manager working. I explained what happened and she walked me to someone in plumbing named Peter. Peter was VERY helpful! He listened to my question and helped me find the right part! The universal one would not have worked for me. Thanks to those two workers for actually doing their job. As for every other employee I interacted with they were no help at all. Im still wondering if they even have a manager in the building!

The store its self and the employees are great but one little problem home depot. When having lost and prevention preset, you should really go out of your way to inform them, that not every Mexican is a potential thief. Me and my wife literally got followed right out the door after purchasing several items. Now I know the cop felt stupid because upon first arriving I had informed my wife that the two gentle man standing on her right,(white dude heavy set and a tall Mexican) were cops, when hearing me they began there fake shopping and following. Anyways the last time I checked, just because I inform somebody that certain people are cops, is not braking the law nor is it stealing. Please look into this matter, because I would hate for this to happen again to myself or another customer........ Sincerely your number one customer at least in my eyes. Thank you.

Worst home depot! Always out of stock, they never have the basics things that a hardware store should have, no drywall mud, no drywall sheets, no paint, service is horrible, I call 1 attendant to help get down items that are out of stock and are on shelves, instead of him getting it down for me, no they just call other associate to help me, on which they take a long time. I wouldnt be posting such a bad review if this only happened to me 1 or twice. But its everytime i come here more than 20x. They need a new Manager or something. As a contractor time is money, and i lose money everytime i come here. I consume big bucks yearly to these guys I dont ask for special care or service, just for your employees to do their job right, especially the manager.

Do NOT go to this home depot. Danny the assistant store manager and Yvannya the Store Supervisor refused to do a return for some extra roofing shingles I had bought for a reroofing job. The items were still in there origianl package, and I had my origianl receipt. They just rudely denied any explanation whatsoever. I then went to the Home Depot in Redlands where they were able to give me my refund without any problems whatsoever, and they couldnt tell me why San Bernardino couldnt help us. Jeannie you Rock!

The pro desk cashiers are some of the worst people to deal with. They play favorites even though you may have been in line before they will help and check out their friends before you. The worst is a cashier named Mari, she is a total C#^+. She is standoffish and very dismissive. I hate when Im working in San Bernardino because I have to purchase from this store. They need to fire everyone at the Pro Desk and replace them with a competent staff.

I left some pvc connection there last week, I came back today cuz I had no time but Home Depot today gave me 25.00 to replace my lost stuff, Im a happy Pro customer at the San Bernardino Highland store, I walked the floor ask questions and found all the help I need and everyone very friendly. Thank you Highland store youre 100÷ customer service. I felt very good in that store!!!!

I shop here often for convenience but Ive had to go to the Fontana store to get out of stock hardware. Out of stock, missing, displaced, mixed and messy hardware parts is an ongoing problem at this Home Depot. Avoid it if you can. I dont understand why their corporate office doesnt care enough to get their management to do their job? Their sales would only increase.

Pretty crummy place to try to find anything, Out of what you want/need, but try to find an aisle helper. Where did they go? Whoever thought it was a good idea to make an "L" shaped building should be made to sleep in an "L" shaped bed. This is the last place I want to go to find or buy anything, and I only live 1.5 miles away.

The most HORRIBLE HOME DEPOT ever!!! The customer service chicks are NO HELP. They will not even look at you to say "well be right with you". We waited 30 minutes and nothing was solved. Lights were dim. Pretty scary. Understaffed. Do not come here!!!!

Worst Home Depot there is. I am constantly shopping at Home Depot but this place is a dark hole. Service, response time, help in departments, and even their phone service if woefully slow. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store.

The only enjoyable part of my visit was leaving. Knowledgeless and unhelpful associates, unstocked shelves, cluttered aisles, and a generally chaotic layout made for a time-consuming and unproductive visit.

There is a big problem with management. They are indifferent to requests to keep their shopping carts out of the neighborhoods and streets of San Bernardino. Hire a CART RETRIEVAL service.
