If you plan on actually finishing a project in ONE TRIP, forget it! This store is always a wreck; stuff is always out of stock, despite showing "in stock" on their website. There is obviously a LOT of theft in this store with the opened packages everywhere, and when you tell an "associate" about it, they just shrug and take the wrapper and walk away like a zombie. Its understaffed - dont tease me with 10 check-outs and do the Wal-Mart thing and have one person working the registers! When you infrequently run into an employee on the floor, they seem like they have no knowledge of the area theyre working in (or theyll flat-out tell you that this isnt their usual area and theyll have to go and find out - and they disappear!). They dont offer any help whatsoever. We ended up going to Lowes to complete our project, and thats happened way too frequently, so Im just going to use Lowes and Ace Home Center now because they seem to manage their stock better. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

Horrible staff and management. Purchased a patio/sliding glass door and it took over 2 months to install. When the door was installed it was damaged and shipped with parts that dont fit. The opening dimension is clearly smaller than the sales rep described even after being asked several times to clarify as the measurements on the paperwork from manufacturer said different. Store manager keeps avoiding my calls and transferring me to the expediter. I have paid $2,300 for a door that looks terrible and Ive missed days from work to have this installed as well. I WILL NEVER USE HOME DEPOT FOR THESE SERVICES AGAIN! OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. CALL A PROFESSIONAL FOR YOUR NEEDS...HOME DEPOT MINIMUM WAGE IDIOTS WILL NEVER ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!

I placed an order for a pallet of paving stones to pick up the following day at 10:00 am. I got to the store at 9:30. The girl at the service desk was great. She called the young man from the gardening dept and told him i was there to pick up the pavers. He proceeded to go get the pallet,so i thought. I went to move my truck to the pick up area wich was another ordeal all together. I waited 40 minutes and my pallet never arrived. So i went back to the service desk and the girl and i walked back to the gardening dept where the you man was back there talking with other employees instead of getting my pallet as he was supposed to. So long story short a 30 minute pick up took almost two hours. Ridiculous...

I came in about a week ago or so with my dad in the flooring department and we were immediately approach by a young nice man named Jose. He answered all of the questions my dad had. My dad was very happy when he left home depot because he says that everytime he goes to home depot he usually doesnt want to speak to any associate because his english is very poor. So, to find an associate who is fluent in spanish and who is very kind and goes above and beyond to help us out is really outstanding! We will come back and ask for Jose. To anyone who visits this Home Depot ask for Jose in the flooring department I promise you he will do the same as he did for me and my dad!

This Home Depot is poorly managed. Stock keeping is terrible due to out of stocks and lack of pricing signage. The refund desk is at least a 1/2 hour of your life you will never get back. Finding a sales person is nearly impossible and if you do, it will likely result in a shrug or incorrect information. If they know anything they simply point or give you an aisle number (which is likely incorrect). Product knowledge is very limited. I suspect this store is underperforming financially as a result of their staff performance. This cant be up to HDs corporate expectations.

they are very inconsiderate of their neighbors on the other side of the tracks. Unable to get any sleep at night because their staff using the forklifts drop things all the time, their night delivery drivers also have no consideration for people trying to sleep, they lay on the horn at all hours of the night. You cant get a hold of anyone because no one ever answers the phone at any time of day or evening during store hours. And they are always jamming our bandwidth for those of us who pay for our INTERNET.

I went into Home Depot today needing a lot of assistance with planting my vegetables as I am extremely new to it all. Thankfully, I had Lonny help me. Not only did he assist me in what I needed, he explained everything to me patiently and even carried my items for me to the register. That type of service should never go unnoticed. Moving forward, this is the only location I will go to due to the amazing experience I had with Lonny. Thank you for making a difference.

Trying to find someone to help was ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes going back and forth asking for help and NO ONE came. Seen several associates walk by, but that was just that. They just walked by! No one asked for help, no one offered help, nothing. Even after asking to get someone to come help I waited another 30 mins. That is horrible customer service. Maybe you need more employees. I dont know. But I regular this store and I think Ill have to find a new one!

Employee Stella was not helpful at all ! I also witnessed 4 other customers asking for her help and all she did was tell them to go check in another part of the store. I actually heard her tell one elderly man to go and look again because he must not have looked good enough !!! He then looked again and decided to just leave the store. What has happened to customer service....?????? This was in the Riverside Ca. store on Madison Ave.

Talk about NASTY! This place is filthy. Maybe I am used to Lowes where the standards are much higher. This place is a dump. Illegal Criminal Aliens everywhere! Associates are disconnected and appear not to care much. I was at the spray paint cage waiting for an associate to unlock it. The associate working in Paint just ignored me. Never offered to open it for me. I left and went to Lowes. They were SUPER nice there!

Bad experience this time. Usually pretty good. Asked 3 employees for help. They all said they didnt work that section and called for an employee who did. Waited 20 minutes with no help. Finally got help. Ordered a product to be delivered the next day in a 4-hour window. They didnt show up. Then when I called, they still had the product at the store. I finally got the product a few hours late.

Worst store I ever stepped into. Horrible management, horrible customer service, and horrible employees. Sadly, I ended up quitting due to their horrible lack of customer service. Couldnt stand seeing customers NUMEROUSLY being ignored and treated badly. I hope one day it changes but, I will definitely keep anyone I know away from this store.

Tommy, the alleged store manager is a wimp. He wouldnt even come out from the back to tell me why my $300 refund was declined he sent one of his girls out to talk for him,. we had spent $52,000 on supplies and he wouldnt even take a refund back. We got the refund but I will be in touch with his District Manager on Monday.
