Horrible experience. Travis was only concerned with making a sale. He charged us $5 for a sim card and then told us to call customer service to have ot activated! I couldnt believe it. After lying about AT&T changing their sim card policy, he just took my money and then wouldnt help activate the sim. Corporate AT&T stores do not charge for sim cards. I dont mind paying for the sim. Its just he told me to call customer service instead of doing the job himself. Then he just played on his phone. Dont go to this store.

Travis is a scam artist and a coward. I told you I wasnt interested in saving money on my plan, yet to took it upon yourself to change my rate plan for a grandfathered 20gb mobile share to 3gb. You added insurance without my consent on both devices, and ATT can longer get my old rate plan back because its not offered anymore. This will be a lawsuit for fraud going to Travis personally. I will not stop until he is fired.
