First let me say, I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years. And I understand this is a new store and I never write reviews. HOWEVER, RUDY is very rude and should not be in retail servicing customers. I went into this location to pick up my son"s iPhone that is still under warranty and that their store manager inspected alone with another T-Mobile representative. They placed the order for the new device, the device took a week to come in because apparently they couldnt find the phone for 3 days but the phone was at the store the whole time bad customer service.. RUDY take my sons phone and say oh I cant take it back it looks like the screen is lifting. You tell me why the manager and the other reps didnt notice that and he says. I dont know and dont care I am not taking this phone back on my watch so have a good day. I decided to be the professional one and call customer service and as always awesone customer service....they said you cannot inspect a device order and NEW ONE and then try to say something is wrong with when time to pick up the new device T-Mobile stands by there word. Never will I return to this location again.

Ive got a family of 5 and everyone has a phone, so were all constantly updating to the latest and greatest. Each visit is a breeze and Christopher goes out of his way to be friendly to everyone that walks in the door. Ive been many times before and If you have a problem with your account, theyll help you. Need help with your phone? theyll help you. Need an upgrade? theyll help you. Above anything else, the customer service I get from this location keeps me a T-Mobile customer. Cant recommend the staff at this store enough. The two people who do help me are Christopher and Denisse!
