Dont go to the store horrible customer service they will screw up your plan tell you they will give you a store discount or a school discount which they dont. They say they are corporate which they are not they just follow corporate rules But they dont even do that and they say that there phones are on sale but thats bs you will pay retail prices on installments I tried to return my phone with in the 30 day policy when I found out that I did not get my 20% discount like they told me I was gonna get I went 5 times to return it and they did not let me they said only they store manager could take returns and when I went the fifth time it was past my 30 days like I said dont go to this store you will regret it. They are scammers and they go through store managers like crazy worst t mobile store in America

If I could give this store a lower rating, I would. Never have I ever dealt with such an incompetent sales representative. Because of this sales representative, Eric G, I will not be able to get the discount promised due to the fact that he did not even put it into my account notes on the day I bought my phone (May 30th, 2011) so that my discount cannot be backdated. It is now the end of August and I have yet to receive my discount due to his inability to do his job. I also left multiple messages for them to call me back and have never received any call backs. I am extremely disappointed in this T-Mobile store and I will never go back and I recommend that nobody go there until this employee is fired.

I went in just to talk about a mobile plan and ended up buy the plan. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly, which I have never experienced. Everyone seem really happy. The salesman (Frank) was the coolest guy ever. He knew so much about the product he was selling and made me extremely comfortable in what I was buying. There was a few times that he did not know the answer to my question but instead of lying, he had the courage to say he did not know and then took the time to find out. while the actual T-Mobile service is not bad, the staff here is amazing.

1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS. FIRST OF ALL, I NEED TO START OFF BY SAYING THIS REVIEW WAS REFERENCED TO A CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS AND NOT THE WHOLE STAFF AT THE STORE. IF YOU CAN, STAY AWAY FROM THE ASS. MANAGER JENNIFER. DONT KNOW WHAT THE QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN ASS. MANAGER BUT SHE HAS THE TITLE. AND IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS OR ISSUES, DONT BOTHER COMPLAINING TO THE DISTRICT SUPERVISOR WHOSE NAME I BELIEVE IS KEN, AS HE WILL ADD MORE FRUSTRATION TO THE ISSUE. This guy mike Tino Went above and beyond. Saved me like 315 on new cell phone. FIXED BILL after went over... AND helped my sister with so so credit get a g1 for 125... Hes the only one I will ever get a phone through. Thanks again Mike.

If you can, avoid this T-Mobile store. Some of the workers here are just dumb, for lack of a better word and your only chance at getting anything done with your account here is if there is a manager present.

This stores customer service is horrible. Screwed up my plan, and overcharged me for their mistakes. Planning on going to Verizon instead. Eric is the worst salesman Ive ever dealt with.
