I recently went to this location since I noticed how close it was to my house in Ladera Ranch. I would always normally go to the location in Rancho Santa Margarita, but this seemed a lot more convenient. After that day I will never go back to the Rancho Santa Margarita location! The people that worked there were so incredibly friendly and did everything they could to help me and make sure that I was happy without being too pushy. I switched over to my new smartphone and they set up my e-mail, transfered my contacts, and even put a screen protector on without any bubbles! I was very impressed with the service I receive and will always be a loyal customer to them from now on!

The new management is awesome! I walked into the store to pay my bill the other day. After paying the bill, store manager Dan has offered to quickly review my current plan to find any possible savings. I am very happy that he ended up saving me over $600 /year by switching over my 7 year old plan to a cheaper new plan that included 6 GB more data. I brought in my family the next day and ended up upgrading 2 of our phones, while still paying below what we were paying before Dan switched our plan. I dont usually spend time to write reviews but has decided to put in time to share my amazing customer service experience at this store.

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff! I was at the store last week buying an iPhone 7 and RJ was able to help me with transferring my data and most importantly my pictures. He made the process so seamless and took his time to go over the phone with me. If you are a Verizon customer and looking for a new phone, I highly recommend this store!!

Went in to ask for help putting on a new zagg screen cover and the guy told me he did not want to take responsibility for putting it on! Really the Verizon in Aliso Viejo are always helpful and willing to always put screen savers on. Wont be coming back and Ive been with Verizon for 20 yrs.
