It almost took longer to buy a car than purchase a new phone from this store. Although Daniel was very professional he lacked any assistance w other customers from the other manager on duty. Poor guy was running rapid and juggling 3 customers at once while the other guy was on a 20 minute smoke break. I went back the next day and it was the same scenario. On a Saturday morning at 11am, I went to go pickup some acessories I had purchased. The door was locked but the lights were on. The sign said they opened at 10am. I came back an hour later and the door was still locked at noon. I called and left 2 messages and no one ever returned my calls. Very poor customer service.. The store seems way understaffed and the manager there was very unprofessional.

I recently had to upgrade my phone and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from Chris. Per my conversation with Malik, Chriss boss, this store is under new management. I do believe exceptional customer relations are impacted by the professionals you hire. Chris is that exceptional professional. He spent hours supporting me as my previous phone had died and he went over and beyond to make sure my new phone was activated and ensured my backup was downloaded. I highly recommend this Verizon store location and will be returning back should I need further support.

This store manager really messed up my companies account. To start with he gave me two lines of service on two separate accounts with extra service charges. Then when the bill came it was for $260.00 (our agreement was for $120. per month) I have spend 4-5 hours sorting this mess out. Ive been with Verizon for less than 3 months and have spent more than $800.00 and still am having problems. This manager is more interested in girls than managing a retail store. DONT COME THE FOOTHILL RANCH VERIZON!!! Im going today to check out T Mobile

Just moved into the area and was very surprised by how friendly everyone was at this store! Normally when I go into Verizon I have to wait forever to get help then I feel rushed once Im talking to someone. They really took their time with me and transfered all my stuff to my new phone. Very satisfied customer, well definitely be back in the future!!

Awesome staff!! Chris Z is awesome see him for all your anythng. Got me a new s8 with the goodies for great price, set everything up and showed me a few tricks too. Will be coming back here and sending friends!!!!
