I have purchased 3 phones at this location, and when youre purchasing a phone the sales people seem to be helpful, although I wont say overly helpful, but once you have a problem with the phone or need help getting it resolved, they are terrible. Ive had many iPhones over the years and have found them to be good phone. Recently I purchased a new first phone for my daughter (iPhone SE) I got it a week before her birthday so I can get it all setup and ready for her to use once she gets it. On her birthday she was so excited to get her phone, but within an hour of using it, it froze up on her and for 45 minutes we couldnt get it to do anything. I went back to the store. The employees there reset it. Since the phone was new, I said, Im worried about this one being defective. Id like to get a different one. They said, we can do that but there is a $35 dollar restocking fee. I said, I dont want to pay the restocking fee because I believe this phone is defective. They said, its a software glitch and there is nothing they can do about the $35 dollar fee. Ive spent probably close to $1,500.00 on 3 new phones there, and they wouldnt wave a $35 dollar fee on a new phone, less then a week old. Talk about bad customer service! They acted like they couldnt care less that I wasnt happy. I highly recommend you find another Verizon store or purchase online.

Been to this store several times. Sometimes it has been a four stars experience, sometimes a one star and Im very cup half full. One star is for the time they charged my senior friend $25 for a USB cable. They justified the price gouge as a "convenience". Four stars is recently for the polite service Ive received for help paying my bill. I dont like the "we have a bill paying machine" mantra. But I believe most Verizons have them so Corp has them encourage usage. I also dont like the gentle sales pitch of moving me to another plan or phone. Sometimes a customer is in the store to pay a bill, then leave. I have seen them very busy but with equal amounts of staff to guests, the guests are left waiting in queue for service up to 30 minutes. Your mileage my vary, if I was closer, Id go to the Aliso Creek store. My senior friend had a very pleasant experience there.

My experience was terrible. The sales representative lied to me and did not know anything about what he was selling. He put my old micro sd card in my new phone ( a different manufacturer) and it reformatted the card. Consequently, I lost all my data from my old phone when they transferred the data over to the new phone. Also, they said there would be a "one time" activation fee for a tablet. Another lie. My bill now has a new monthly charge of $10 for using the tablet that I dont need. It came with the promotion. Just another scam job to get more monthly income. I called to cancel the tablet and verizon said it would be a $175 cancellation fee. What a Joke! I am leaving verizon for a reputable company. Never go to this RSM store. They are a bunch of knuckleheads. I am giving it 1 star because my new phone does work.

Went into the store on a plan with promotional data on it. Was looking to replace my phone. Very specifically told the sales person that I didnt want to lose the promotional data, and was told not to worry, I wouldnt. This is only one of a couple of issues, but I dont want to type a novel. Well, when I got home, I had 2 emails from Verizon. The first was telling me that the promotional data on my plan had been canceled. The second was the receipt for the new phone. I am EXTREMELY pissed that I lost the promotional data on my plan. Had I known that was going to be the case, I wouldnt have purchased the new phone. I contacted support and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I have been with Verizon for nearly 13 years. You would think they would do a better job of supporting long term customers.

Sold an inferior cellphone; when I was in the process of purchasing it I was told the return policy allowed 30 days...when I went in the store AFTER I purchased the Smartphone I was then told there was a $50 restocking fee...of which I WAS NEVER TOLD WHEN BUYING THE CELLPHONE ORIGINALLY! Also, the sales guy made up a "security code" and never gave that to me so I had to wait for the store to open and go down there again to get that straightened out. Waits for customer service are very long...always the message that wait times are longer than usual...whicj]h is their USUAL MESSAGE..apparently Verizon doesnt value their customers enough to hire enough staff to take your customer care calls within a reasonable timeframe. WOULD NOT BUY FROM AGAIN NOR SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE!

Today I went into a Verizon Store...Man and wife, very reasonable, wanted to exchange a phone...staff denied the exchange.....Man very politely says to entire store.....these folks dont want to exchange my phone "I want you to know about it." B*** J***, lead guy, calls the cops. Cops come. Cops puzzled..."what the heck you calling me for...deal with your customer and service them." The man and wife were totally under control, did not raise their voice...I couldnt believe it. It was radical...Verizon needs to train their employees. What, now we cant disagree with staff....theyll run us out. Eventually staff agreed to deal with couple but asked the Police for them never to come into that store. Corporate store in Rancho Santa Margarita.

I have been to multiple different Verizon stores and no one has helped me the way this store has. I continue to come to this store and I have received nothing but a great service. I came to this store a year ago and Minhaj helped me with the service issue i had. Couple months later, went back to him and he provided me with amazing service AGAIN. I continue to bring my friends and family to this store because of him. He continues to go above and beyond! He has made such a big impact to the store service and continues to impress me every time! I am so happy that he has became a Solutions Manager and he deserves it! ONCE AGAIN... I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO THIS STORE BECAUSE OF HIM! HOPE HE NEVER MOVES TO DIFFERENT LOCATION!

The sales people here are terrible. I went in and described what I needed in a phone. The sales people told me what phones would work for me, and I chose one to purchase. As it turns out they sold me a phone that DOES NOT have what I need in a phone and now I am stuck with a phone that will not work for me. They are misinformed, unhelpful, snarky, looked at my phone and lied to me about content on it, and to top it off they are always trying to get me to change my plan even after I tell them several times that I am uninterested. Might be good for paying a bill, but the sales people are just terrible here.

Went into store to buy a phone for son in college. What I got....absolutely NO help at all! What ever happened to Customer Service? Was told I had to do everything on line and they wouldnt help me. I went to RadioShack. What did I get there you ask? Total Customer care and support. Purchased phone and RadioShack sent it to my son at their expense and the cost of the phone was less than 1/2 of what it was at Verizon. So, I bought one for myself! Thank You Kevin at RadioShack in RSM for great customer service! The only thing keeping me with Verizon is 2 more years on contract.
