This is an honest and unbiased review on the Verizon at the corona crossings since. My latest visit which was the release of the iPhone 7 on September 16th 2016 was the good experience and a deceiving one. I start waiting at around 11 p.m and decided to wait out through the night because of the high demand for the iPhone 7 plus. I was 4th in line, I was told that the other apple stores and other carriers besides AT&T in Verizon have been out already and i itook my chances anyways. Im okay with. The waiting process through the night was a decent experience because the people that were friendly. The entire night was cold: again not important. As more people decided to show up if people at the store decided to come to and would come out every once in awhile to bring out the coffee and the donuts. Later at around 8, they brought us a number and flyer for which phone we wanted. This is the part where shift. This is where I am deceived, but when the manager or some man came out who seem to be the manager, someone asked him if there any iPhone pluses said "he didnt know". "HOW YOU NOT KNOW", was the thought in my head. At this point I became very skeptical and decided just wait it out. Everyone got fliers and the first 7 people wanted to get the iPhone 7 plus. Ive been coming to this store for many years and Ive seen employees come and go, but this time a lot more seem to be present at the store. The first 4 were entered into the building, and we were each assigned our own sales person. I asked the person who was assigned to me today if any of iphone 7 pluses made it and they said they couldnt get any of them delivered to the location. Im not the type to flip out, but I was very suspicious thats the fact that the person who we asked if there any iPhone 7 plus is said " I dont know" and walked rather fast into the store. Immediately the credibility to the store was diminished because of my previous experience is at this branch. I decided to just pre order my device and get on with my day because I dont want to waste anymore time at that store. The sales person was friendly however it was very clear that you shine to sell me on something I didnt need. Hey kept asking me to buy the iPad Pro or speakers, or some other accessory. All the this was a bit awkward his services and the way he spoke me where very friendly. After leaving the store disappointed and on for filled. I realize the plan of that man who we asked was for us to assume that we would get our devices and that way we would be let it do the store and hopefully talk to into by something else from them. But its clear the intention and I do not approve. They tried to deceive us by telling us that they dont know if they have any iPhones in stock, just let us into the store. I am very disappointed I do not look forward to returning any time soon.

I have a long history with this Verizon and have rarely had a good experience. This review is for today though. I went in to upgrade my iPhone and different told me it was worth 147 dollars multiple times and I was in and out a couple times because of account problems and not enough money. When I was finally ready to purchase the 4S I was then told my phone is only worth 47 dollars. I was told multiple times that it was worth 147 with a broken home button. This was beyond frustrating... Id stay far away from this particular store. It is conveniently close to corona but to be lied to multiple times by these people.. it just isnt worth the headache

Be very careful when you go to this store. I got a new phone from verizon to replace an old one, when I went to this store to have it activated. I was pointed to a sales man for help. Instead of giving me what I asked for, he put it in as a new line so that he could get the commision and I was stuck with paying for a new line as well as having a new number and lost all my old contact numbers. When I called the main office office for assistants, they said you have to watch the salesmen really close when you go into the store. I went in with the idea they were there to help I was wrong..

My wife and I both purchased rezounds and within the 14th day period she had experienced data drops for both of the replacements they gave her. The second phone they swapped out her sim card too. I, 80 miles away and on an important phone call suddenly had a drop call. I couldnt even call *611 after 30 minutes of no signal. The kid at the vzw store deactivated my sim card and gave my wife my number on her new phone. We had to return to the vzw store to activate both phones. Anyways, no apologees and 4 hours of my day taken from this fiasco.

In the past the workers here were more professional. Today there were a bunch of young dudes who seemed too cool to help. The "Solutions Specialist" had no solutions and certainly wasnt a specialist as he had to look up even the simplest of questions. I later went to the website myself and found something that the "Solutions specialist" said wasnt available. I wont bother going into that store again.

I felt so compelled to write a review, I started writing this as a walked out of the store. I went in because my phones volume button broke when I dropped it (i didnt tell them that part.) Theyre sending me a refurbished one :D The whole process took less than 7 minutes... it will be at my door tomorow or the next day. Thats crazy fast from every aspect. Thanks guys.

This store does not helpful when my wife visited to change phone. After some waiting time...we asked for a help to store mamager. He said he does not help us because he is floor mamager. He said no & no. What a Verizon mamager!!! I am going to change phone service asap.

Seems like the three times I walk in here, they just dont want to work. They dont know what customer service is, they arent knowledgeable to the phones & what they can do, even the guy who I was ready to buy a phone & switch companies to Verizon wasnt even interested.

I just received my first bill since my recent upgrade, I was shocked because the salesman lied to me - he did not disclose the new monthly charges that I would have to pay. Verizon added $599.00 in installment charges - what a rip off.

The are very concerned about what you are looking for and the representatives that work their are very kind. This Verizon is the best the one in Victoria gardens representatives are rude and you can tell want to leave early from work

Had prompt service and when we had to come back they got us in without waiting all over again. Rep Derrick was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made it easy to get in and out for this impatient shopper.
