This is not a Corp. store. If you have 2 to 4 hours to waste go here. There is only 2 people working and they dont know whats up. I was there for 35 minutes and these people were with the same customers and the people in front of me they got into the store hour and thirty minutes before me I left after they told me how long they been waiting for. First and last time ever in that store.

Under staffed location, felt like I was at the DMV! AT&T has my business for mobile phones, internet, TV, security, home phone, etc., and this is what I get in return when I need help? Ridiculously long lines for the hundreds of dollars a month that I spend with them.

I have been going there for years to deal with anything to deal with ATT. Its unfortunate someone gave them bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Theyve always gone above and beyond when helping me.
