I got totally ripped off here. I normally top up for about $10/month (yes, its possible). This time I had to pay $42-and-change for the "$30" tourist package because all of the top up packages steal your remaining minutes/data at the end of a week at most. Anyway, after 21 days I lost all service. The guy straight-up lied to my face when he told me it lasted 30 days. I also checked ALL of my paperwork; nowhere did it say the length of the package. I was forced to buy a new plan for the remaining 9 days.

Went into the store to talk about our plans, they some how kept getting higher and higher after we paid everything, never down loaded anything or bought anything. The lady didnt really care, kept making excuses if I asked a question she gave me a stupid look and didnt answer till I asked again. When we said we are just going to see other carriers she said yea thats a good idea..... WORST customer service ever!!

The first representative that approached me had no patience and very argumentative. I tried to explain the problem with my cell phone, she interrupted me. Would not listen. I finally gave up told her thanks dont worry. I waited for another rep., she was very nice, very professional, listened to what I was explaining, and was able to find a solution. Thanks Zabrina!!!

Good service besides the fact that the workers will gossip about you behind your back like little school girls. It is a bunch of younger people so I suppose I cant blame them for being ignorant.

Terrible phone etiquette! Leave you hanging. First when you call for assist, then when you call to complain! These people do not help you over the phone ever! Worst customer service ever!!!

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced period. They tried to charge me a restocking fee for a faulty phone and refused to listen to the issues I had.
