On 2/22/17, Wednesday, I drove to the AT&T store after taking care of an unforseen emergency. The phone I originally had froze and AT&T shipped a new one. Once I entered two employees were standing with their tablets greeting people. This particular employee Marlion Barnett immediately stated, " Welcome to AT&T How Can I Help You Today"? He smiled and walked over to me. This was extremely professional and build an awesome report during my visit. Most places you walk in employees become great pretenders like their too busy and avoid helping customers. "NOT MARLION!" I explained the situation and he offered me a seat asked various questions in order to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Marlion was a Superb listener and after I explained, his communication and walking me through the various steps for the transferring of information from the defective to new cellphone was of "Expertise" and importance. This employee was so "Outstanding" I asked him to please go get the store manager and he really didnt have any idea as to why nor did he question, merely, respecting my request. Ironically, the store manager was getting ready to pass by where I was sitting. Marlion immediately calmly called him over and introduced us. After the introduction I provided feedback on the "Awesome " job Marlion had done and thanked him as well because "Outstanding" Customer Service must start from the top and it was obvious these fine qualities about Marlion came from the top of the melting pot from his "Boss" drippled to Marlion. Its obvious this young man and employee at AT&T was raised with "Good work ethics." That you rarely find in todays society. Lets not stop their as Marlion was completing the transfer process guess who else was passing by his Boss- Boss? I immediately had to tell his Boss- Boss about these two fine "Professional, Respectful" with Amazing personalities of men. Realization it always takes one poor employee to ruin ratings of overall good customer service. I hope this review will be a forgiveness from those that wrote poor reviews. I do understand ones frustration when treated with injustices because thats what I also do for a living. Helping injustices change to justices. I do apologize. Everyone should be treated with Dignity, Pride and Redpect and thats how I was treated on this day. Thank You Marlion. "TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK"! Im giving it one star because its impossible to read it without at least giving it one. Went in with a problem with my new Samsung S7 phone, after having gotten two phones before this for the, technician on site argued with me from the first word out of his mouth about what was wrong with my phone, and told me I didnt know what I was talking about. And after 30 minutes of doing things that I already told him that been done to the phone he came back to me and said he couldnt figure out why it was doing what it was doing but that if I wanted to get it fixed I would have to send it through insurance or take it and mail it in to Samsung and AT&T couldnt do anything for me. I spend $600 a month on phone service with AT&T and this is their idea of customer service I do believe Ill take my $600 a month and go spend it somewhere else

my Sim chip got some type of a lock on it and when I took it in they told me I had to go to a special AT&T store where they had machine that could go and find out what the lock code was. I was on a bike and it was too far to ride. And he said he wasnt sure if they would be able to unlock the code anyway, so I bought a brand new phone same as I had before only to have that phone stolen a week later when I went back in with my broken phone that had the Sim problem they took it to the back putting a new Sim chip in it, then brought it back to me working fine as could be they had me spend an extra hundred and change on a new phone I didnt need. they could have fixed my phone the first time I came in. very pissed off customer.

Bad, service Stephanie (sales person) lie about the agreement I show her my bill from another carrier and she said will be less now its higher, and contract its worst, manager very unpolite, unfriendly didnt want to help. I have to return the 4 tablets never used Of course they charged $45, for each one, BAD. I was A Verizon Customer for 15 years, and a soon I can I will be back. Every time I go to the store its no less than 2 hours just to see a sales rep. BAD, RUDE, MEAN, AND MANY LIES TO THE CUSTOMERS TO SIGN A NEW CONTRACT ..BAD, BAD BAD.

Crap of a store. Store manager Tony sucks, no customer service, turned in a phone. And this store lost it. Now have been dealing with there failure for three months, terrible customer service and beyond.
