Please, please, please, do NOT even enter this establishment!! They made my life miserable, by lying, cheating, and most of all just plain stupid! First of all, they put the wrong address to my account, so therefore I wasnt receiving any of my bills for the first couple of months. Then, they lied to me about my phone being on a promotion! And watch out , because they will fill your bag with every accessorie on the wall, whether it fits your phone or not! Also, watch out for the free screen protector scam! They charged me over $ 200.00 dollars in accessories! My phone doesnt even have an earphone jack, bit yet they sold me a connection cable for one! I could go on and on about how crooked they are, and I think the only reason they can literally steal from people is because they are NOT a legitimate Verizon store! Just dont step foot in this place! Youll be sorry. Just look at there reviews!!

Stay away from these people. i tried to return 2 devices 2 days after i bought them and was told only the manager can do returns and come back tomorrow, i knew coming back the next day would be out of my 3 days right to cancel without a penalty. after an hour of the rep calling managers she finally took them back. the following month i received a bill for the devices and monthly service charges, i ended up calling the Verizon corporate office to get the charges reversed which they did. Then today months later i received a collection notice from A wireless for early termination of the devices, had to call Verizon corporate again to get it reversed which they did. A wireless is NOT a Verizon corporate store, although they will say they are, better to go to the corporate Verizon store in Norco.

I love this place! Everytime I come in I know that Im going to get help for my problems big or small. Most of my problems are small due to my ignorance. I dont have any doubts when I come through the door that Im going to have it solved. I want to thank Hugo especially because hes the one who gets stuck with me but everybody else also is available to me when I need it.

Bought a case and tried it on my phone. Didnt like the way it fit and took it off after less than a minute. Went to take it back and they said it was nonrefundable. Not satisfied with my purchase from them and their refund policy was not specific. They are rip offs! Dont go their unless you like getting ripped off.

They helped me out a lot, was able to get a new phone after my other stopped working , had to rush to work they were busy, but made sure I was out and done in record time.

Friendly staff. Not pushy. Went in to check out the new Pixel Phone by Google. The shopping center as a whole needs an upgrade though. A little rough around the edges.
