This is the worst ATT store I have ever been to. Its a cellular world under the banner of ATT. The staff here are the worst I have ever seen. They are rude and useless. I waited 45 minutes in line then the employees friend came in and he helped him rather than the other customers that had been waiting. These employees could not care less about the customers. I visited this store for a technical issue and all the employees tried to do was sell me junk. This store is one of the many reasons I am leaving ATT. The employees name was Evan. Judging by the other comments Evan isnt the only poor employee here.

I cant believe the blatant rip off artists in this store! Watch out for Codi especially! Went in with a phone that wouldnt hold a charge. Codi took it and plugged it in behind the counter and declared the phone was dead. So I bought a new phone, went home and plugged the old phone in with the new charging cord from the new phone and lo and behold it started working. I have since went in a few times for my wifes phone only to be treated very poorly. Be weary.....................they do not have your best interest in mind at all.

I went to this store with a fairly complicated situation and also unhappy about AT&T in general. One of the best stores for customer service and knowledge. Anthony was super helpful. I have been to several stores in the area and this is the best one by far. They were very sympathetic with my situation and even though I had to pay more money I got the feeling that they actually cared about their customers. I recently went back to the store for some help with my phone and again was not disappointed.
