Horrible. The staff are some of the dumbest box of rocks to work for t-mobile. No manners, customer service sucked. The girl with toooo much clown make up was to buried in her phone to offer service, the other girl looked greasy and dirty as if she just got out of bed with stringy greasy balding hair kept talking about how she doesnt watch t.v. because she has no time for it due to her college life. Ridiculous. I never asked. The only professionalism & well mannered person was displayed by a young man that was to busy helping others with great customer service and tried to help us after. Come to find out he was the manager. What a drag on sales to have to carry those 2 uneducated ghetto losers around the store for help. DISGUSTING.

Short version: Great Customer Service! Long Version: Ok, I had a problem with my Note 5, called TMO and they sent a replacement to this store, I got there and they were helping a few clients, I talked to a rep her names Genea (If I remember correctly), she was very helpful, explained the issue and she said they had my replacement, she checked my account and then she initiated the transfer process. It took almost an hour because I wanted to transfer everything from the old to the new one. I had a chance to talk to a few of the other reps, it is also nice that its pretty close from where I live. If you are going to this location make sure to say hi to Genea, she is cool!

I just went there to get help on my phone that they sold me and is acting up pretty bad and the girl there was extremely rude and annoyed with me because I couldnt understand her what she was telling me. Bottom line is, rudeness should not be allowed when dealing with people. Patience and good communication is a must. Now im stuck with a piece of %$#@... Feeling frustrated. And the worst part is that all the pack of young dumb looking dudes did was just sit there and look down at me like I was a parasite.

Tmobiles service is great but the sales people are scam artists. They tell you one thing and do the opposite. Free tablet and tell you its good for any tablet plans on your account but after you leave and check online it shows that you have to buy a much higher data plan to qualify for the free tablet. If you try to return it they charge you the restocking fee even though they lied to you in the first place.

This by far is the best T-Mobile store Ive been to. The staff go out of their way to help. The store is clean. No music blaring etc.
