Just called this place after calling several metro pcs stores that were out of stock until Friday on the Samsung galaxy light. Immediately when i asked the girl who answered & spoke very soft if they had the phone in stock, she replied they dont make them anymore. When I tried to tell her that they do and our out of stock everywhere else cause at $29.99 after MIR, she blew me off and said we dont carry them here. Product knowledge is key to providing even ok customer service as well as a great attitude. Fyi metro/ T-Mobile, can you help? Catherine zeta Jones, Cain, Rhonda, anyone?

We love this place!!! The people are so helpful and really try to get you the best phone for your needs, and not just the most expensive one. There rates are the lowest...way lower then Verizon or ATandT. A very enthusiastic 5 stars. The service is excellent!

The associate told me that the screen protector came with the box and when I checked an hr later the screen protector wasnt inside. Then when I called they didnt sound like they knew what they were doing, basically selling me an incomplete set

This store is staffed by the most helpful and knowledgeable people. My two phone were transferred to MetroPCS in 5 minutes. It was a pleasure doing business. I have visited other PCS stores and this is the best.
