Went the extra mile to make it right. I shopped around for a replacement screen for my Google Nexus 5x, and EZ-TECH came up as my best option for price ($95) and for reviews nearby. They ordered a screen and the next day I dropped my phone off for a couple hours to get it fixed. Unfortunately, when we turned it on it was clear there was an issue. There was a green line through the screen, and I had an international trip the next morning - there was no time to get another screen ordered in. On my trip, the faulty screen went from bad to worse, making the phone inoperable. I had to have it repaired out of country so Id have a phone to use, and never got the faulty screen back. When I returned, I called EZ-TECH for a refund. They were in a tough spot because without the screen, theyre out of pocket for the $58 screen. They offered to refund the labour price via check - fair, given the circumstances. However, the cheque arrived with a nice note, and a full refund for the entire price. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to make things right.

I highly recommend this place !!!!!!!! Jose is great and has done a lot of phone/iPad repairs for my family & I . He is very honest and reasonably priced ! He fixed my iPhone 6 Plus screen for a great price and was quick ! Also my girlfriends phone had a screw that was loose and making the screen go in and out . I had Jose look at it and he fixed it in less than a minute and said no charge it was just a loose screw ! NOW THATS A HONEST MAN! I would have paid for a new screen if he said I needed it . That is just one of a few stories Ive had with him like this . Ive been to many other cell phone repairs places and got ripped off too many times ! Go to Jose, he is the best !!!! Thanks again !

Hands down the best tech guy in town, José fixed my destroyed iPhone in less than 45 minutes. This phone had over 5,000 pictures from all over the world w/my kids....priceless memories I could never get back. Every Apple store told me it was destroyed beyond repair, motherboard broken, bent, smashed, yada, yada....I brought the phone in due to high recommendations from several locals....I had no expectations just high hopes...all of them exceeded! His price was incredible for his work. Visit this man before anyone else, he deserves recognitions and praise. I will never go back to Apple for any repairs, EZTECH has all my future business.....thank you so profusely again José. You made my year!

EZ-TECH WIRELESS was professional, fast, and did a great job. He was on schedule. It only took a half hour and he did a high quality. I seriously almost cried when I broke my iPhone and the he made it look like nothing ever happened. Well worth the money and Ill definitely go back for iPhone repair needs, although I hope they are few and far between.

I have had 2 different iphone screens repaired here. They are very customer service oriented and have repaired the phones within an hour and for the price they quoted. They had the best price in the area when I called around. ALSO they open at 10 Am, not 9am as it says on Google hours.

gave them the Iphone to fix it wasnt working and fixed but the WiFi doesnt work anymore and when I called to ask they did not know .... and Paid 125 to get it back as its working perfect now ..
