I walked out. No hint of customer service here. After making an on line appointment for $10 off of service, and then standing around waiting for him to get to me when I was the only one in the store, I got a blank stare from the man behind the counter when I told him I was there to get my phone repaired. I had to ask him if I was in the right place! Then he told me Id have to take it to the other store because the service guy wasnt there. Whats the point of making an appointment? They dont want any business there.

So I was advised to go here by BestBuy to purchase a replacement battery for a phone. They only carried Duracell which was a 40$ battery for a Samsung phone. I found that the same Duracell battery was being sold in the UK for 18$. Amazon has several reliable batteries, such as anker, who sell the compatible battery for only 10$. Scammy and ridiculous prices. Im not sure if the guy at the register was new, but he was middle aged and half awake during the transaction.

Neither guy working seemed to be able to help me find the right replacement bulb. I had a burned out one in my hand. They did not seem to care or come over to assist me. I had to figure it out on my own. Thanks to the sales guy at Home Depot that helped me earlier in the day. He steered me in the right direction. Too bad they were out of the bulb that I needed. I would have rather given them my money for great customer service.

These guys are amazing, they just saved me about $50 by fixing my laptop charging cable. Amazing service and incredibly knowledgeable. A gentleman by the name of Mike was the one who helped me with aid from his supervisor, whos name escapes me, and with their teamwork they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a matter of moments. Thank you again guys, you guys are awesome!

Outstanding! A 10. I had the battery on my 2013 Volvo XC60 replaced. The B+ website was quick and easy to navigate. I fond the right batter for my car in minutes, and bought it. I picked it up and a technician had it replaced free, again, in just minutes. Totally painless and I saved over $100 on what I wouldve had to pay to the Volvo dealer service.

I needed a battery for a cell phone which the manufacturer no longer sells direct. I found a duracell equivalent at B&B+. It was a little more pricey, but I could order it and have it waiting for me when I arrived and saved 10% by ordering online and picking it up. I stopped in, paid and left in no time flat. Would recommend this store to others!

The service that this man give me is terrible, if he is not willing to help he doesnt need to be working here. I ask for help and he just give me n answer with out waiting for me to respond yes or not. He just went away. If I have another choice I wont come back here to see this busy man. I dont know his name. He is like 65 years old. Thank you.

Super friendly, extremely helpful. I had an old car clicker that wasnt working and I wasnt sure if it was a battery issue or a circuit board issue. They set me up with the right batteries, tested it in store to make sure it was sending a charge and told me I could return the batteries if it still wasnt working. Clickers working great!

They were great. Had what I needed, in stock, at a very fair price, which even included installation. You get what you pay for and, although not the cheapest around, they are the best value for the money. Knowledgeable and good service - thats why its the second car battery Ive bought from them.

Batteries Plus Bulbs had the batteries we needed for the RV and they were much less than other places. Also, if you buy on line and pick-up in the store you save another 10%. Great experience.
