The absolute worst store. When I spoke to Verizon Wireless customer service via telephone, they warned me not to go here since it is an authorized retailer who claims they are affiliated with Verizon when they are in fact not. I have made several attempts to give them business because they are local and the people there seem nice; however, they are scam artists, and will try to sucker you into making additional purchases they claim are "free" (nothing is ever free). For example, they said I would get a free Galaxy tablet if I purchase the new S8+ - no fees other than having to pay the taxes on it up front in cash; I ended up with a $40 activation fee, and a $19/month line access and insurance fee, along with additional surcharges. Mind you, they assured I would not have to pay all of those because I am "a cherished long time customer". When I saw these charges on my bill, I called Verizon corporate customer service and they said I would still need to pay these charges, despite whatever the store told me and they could not reverse the charges. I was left with additional items on my familys bill, that were assured to me by the manager Rafik that they would not be there. Then my son went in there hoping to get a new phone. Without agreement, they deactivated his phone and activated a new S8+ for him, which we told them we did not want; upon leaving the store, we made no purchases and left with his old galaxy phone. However, our bill still had the activation fee along with the new device payments. I have spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon customer service because of this store, causing more hassle and stress. This place should be shut down and reported to the main corporate headquarters since they are giving Verizon Wireless a bad reputation. My family has been a long time customer for the past two decades and we are now looking to switch over to another carrier because of the issues we have had.

I have been a Verizon customer for many years and have always loved the service. But I recently had the worst experience getting a new phone at this store. I was straight up lied to. I specifically went in there not wanting to make payments on a phone. The salesman told me that I would not have to and even when signing the contract it mentioned something about payments and he assured me that that was not going to be the case. I even paid money up front and he said because of that I would not have payments but I also got accessories to make it work. On top of that with the new years deal I got a tablet and he never mention the additional line fee I would be charged. When I got my first bill and saw all on this I called Verizon and they just kept telling me that their policy is that on all new phones you must make payments and no one would help me. I even tried contacting the sales associate and never heard back from him. This was not a misunderstanding. I asked multiple times with my husband next to me to confirm no payments and the price we would be paying. We went knowing we did not want to make payments on the phone. We were lied to, deceived and ended up paying more money than we led on to believe we would. So disappointed.

I would give them "0" stars if I could. I was lied to about the insurance plan that I purchased. When I called to talk about that the 2 sales reps that sold me my phone no longer work there. To help remedy the issue I was told the only path was to give me a discount on accessories.... I do not have a need for accessories as I bought them when I bought the phone!!! The district manager told me he could not verify what was said, so now I am trying to find out who is going to cover the cost of my broken phone that is 5 days out of the 90 day return policy! Do not ever go to this Verizon retailer, they are lairs, crooks and very very rude!!!!!

I was having trouble with my phone while traveling in Southern California. The corporate store required I spend hours backing up and resetting my phone while I was out of town before they would do a very simple troubleshooting task. The corporate store wanted me to go without GPS in an unfamiliar city. This authorized reseller would not only sell me a SIM card for less than a combo meal, but ended up doing the troubleshooting and I was never charged for a SIM card. They knew that I would likely never come back to that store because I didnt live in an area; yet still I received five star service.

Went in because my phone dies daily, and I dont run a lot of apps/media, etc. Also low storage pops up...I asked about that...bored girl at counter says "oh, you could buy more storage...like I AM HERE ..can you sell me some maybe?? Then I wanted a new charger cord, she strolls over to the wall and hands me the cord, thatll be $24. Fine. I get home, wrong connector. Jeez. This is where I bought my phone...but these folks could care less.

There is a reason why they have such poor reviews. Very poorly run business, they lie to customers face. I was guaranteed a warranty on my case and screen protector If I bought a certain one. Turns out they enjoy lie to customers and will not honor their own policy. Stay away from these premium dealers go to corporate stores.
