At least three horrible experiences here at this store! Worst management and most employees are on their own phone rather than helping customers. Put my name on the waiting list, one of the few stores still asking people to write down their name, other stores take it down in their iPad, i ask the wait time and they all look around at each other and shrug, about 20-30 minutes... so after 30 minutes and me seeing them help people who walk in, I ask the manager, some ass with a side part, what the wait is again and how they go off the list? He say why? I say because Ive been waiting a minute, he says well I really cant tell you.... Where on the list are you? I said Im number two of six on that list but you just helped someone who walked in? He said oh but they were just paying a bill real quick! So I said you have to be kidding? He said man that guy comes in here all the time... I walked out, this place is run like a club and these idiots think theyre the bouncers. If you work in customer service, service the customer... bro! If I could Id give it negative stars! Freaking idiots

Had a great experience with Store Associate Vincent De Guzman. Gave us great service from the start. We were switching from another (horrible) carrier and he made the transition easy & saved us money. My family & I family walked out with new phones and way more data than the other carrier & better pricing. He explained things clearly & did not flim flam us through the process. Appreciated his professional & courteous service. Another Associated offered us ice clod bottles of water while we waited on a hot day. The whole vibe of this retail location appeared to be bubbling with energy & customer service focused.

Bad customer service. had to leave since it took long time and only purchased the 4 sim. after couple of days, walk into the store and did not wanted to help. rep had attitude and cancel the service and order over the phone. phone sales was great help. later went to return the sim since I ordered over the phone but they would not take the sim. they changed their word on refund. Manger Jason was so rudy and not helpful at all. and did not say any word of sorry for the incident. never would go near that tmoble store.

People are so quick to give bad reviews, deserved or not! I walked in a few times before and always had great service... But today I walked in because my phone was stolen and Alfonso really sympathized and helped me out a lot! Great customer service and super fast as well! No one else assisted me, but while I was there other customers that were there with others reps also seemed very pleased. Would definitely recommend this store... Especially Alfonso!!

Lazy manager. Didnt want to help us to upgrade to a note 7 and told us that we dont have the plan to do it. Was too lazy to even look up my bill till I made him do it. Called customer service and said we had the plan and we could upgrade at any time. The bald one that thinks he owns the store that guy needs to get fired. Tmobile needs to hire better people especially management that think they own the company.

Love this store associates. Ive been a customer since December 2015 and never had a problem here, well except once that a manager didnt even bother helping an associate with my case (dont know her name) but the associate handled the situation the best he could and was helpful. My go to rep is definitely Vincent though. Ive been to a few other stores but nothing compare to this one.

I am never going here again. I went in to turn my note 5 in and activate the note 7 and the sales associate told me that I need to turn it in. By mail with the bag I got from the note 7, and that was a lie I was suppose to turn it into the store. And now I have to pay $300 dollars cause I turned it in to the wrong please. Worst experience ever.

Horrible customer service went in to try and upgrade to another phone but the employee was just negative and rude, god if you have no costumer skills why work at a place where you are required to have them. I dont remember his name but the best description I can give is, the dark skin hispanic guy.

Anytime I go in this location, they have the worst attitude and least help. Told me have fun at&t if I dont like what they have for me. Damn really, customer service just dropped. Like Jason almost did he kept talking to me like I was a 12. There are better stores.
