First, the service on my phone is horrible. With 89% of data in my account, I can’t even play a 1 minutes Facebook, IG, or YouTube videos. The store guys made pay a $250 deposit for my 2 lines citing that my credit wasn’t good. They added that if I made 6 consecutive payments on time the $250 will be refunded to me. 8 months (8 consecutive payments) later, still no refunds. So, I called to figure out why I haven’t receive the r fund , and also address why I can’t even watch stream 1 minute videos. The rep. I spoke to in the morning gave me their usual run around, let switch off your phone, do this etc. Then claimed that apple turned on LTE calls without my consent that’s why my connect was slow and that he was going to fixing. The call dropped Times two and they never called back after. I called back, spoke to another guy, same bs technics. We spent 45minutes on the phone and they couldn’t even find that I was charge a $250 deposit. Then, he tried to tell me that it’s not 6 months, but 365 days(12months). After calling him on his bs, he claimed to escalate it to his superiors and see if they can make an exception. I am still waiting to hear from them. The last time I struggled this much with a phone company was with Sprint back in 2005-06. AT&T was costly, but they never tried to rip me off, at least not as openly as Verizon and it’s crooked employees. I wish I never left T-Mobile. The service quality was better, I could stream contents. Verizon hardly gives me 2 bars when I’m home. At work, it doesn’t work unless you’re right by a window. VERY DISSATISFIED, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Stay away from this store! Go to Costco instead. Employees and misleading and only care about their commission. Let me preface this by mentioning the Verizon corporate office was far more helpful and agreed that what the store associate did was wrong. Jerry G. took advantage of my mom for the sake of his commissions. After her phones screen cracked, He tried to sell her a full retail price phone by first requiring her to pay a balance on a phone that had a promotional credit. He charged her $500+ to pay off a line that had a $27 monthly credit towards a $31 monthly charge. By making her pay that amount, it voided her credit and failed to save her money off her monthly bill like he told her she would. Mike, the manager was useless about helping the situation citing that the incompetence of his employee was not an issue he could resolve. In my personal experience, dealing with Costcos Verizon selling center is much easier as their employees dont act like misleading car salesmen. Take your business to any other Verizon store except this one!

Avoid at all cost, They will force unnecessary equipment and products, The two hours i spent in that store i witness people walking in, with little to no knowledge of the plans offered by Verizon. When the sales reps attended the innocent customers, I felt as if instinctively they would attack them with "this is the best deal" or "This is what you want" I get it, they are trying to make more money. But It is not right if the customer leaves the store as confused as he walk in, But now with a bill over his head! You exploited the customer with over priced crap. The staff wont listen to what you have to say. They will patronize you. And wont care if you get locked into a unfair Plan. -Good luck

This place has horrible service there rude and very lazy they dont want to help i went to buy a phone and this girl Eli was more worried about eating then to help so she just ignored me someone else ended up coming to help me it took an hour and a half to buy a phone and the store was not busy another time I went in to switch phones they took my phone and the girl went in the back with my phone when she gave it back it wouldnt take call or go online when I asked them they said it was not there problem horrible store they need new workers

Once again disappointed at this location only reason I come here is cause its close but I rather drive out of my way then deal with this again always have bad customer service here just needed to get something quick and they said they were busy and after 10 min another person walked in and they got helped while I was still waiting two other employs were wondering didnt offer help I highly do not recommend this location.

This is the WORST VERIZON STORE I ever been to I stood in front of 4 male employees and 1 female employees while they did nothing but be on there personal phones and nobody acknowledged me for 15 minutes until I finally took off. I will never return to that store . Oh and that greeter was on talking on his phone and scratching his nuts while walking up and forward

This is by far the worst managed store ! I live fairly close and always drive all the way to Rancho just for better service. I gave this store another try and it was HORRIBLE the employees are poorly trained or simply dont like going out of their way. The rep who assisted couldnt help with a simple upgrade. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE !!!!!

The manager Mike went above and beyond to take care of my problem. Customer service on the phone kept screwing up and it wasnt until I went into this Fontana store that my situation was fixed by the manager. He went above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service

I went in to have my phone replaced. They had a representative with me instantly, and I was given the info I needed for my phone insurance. Im a truck driver, and needed the phone shipped to store. I asked the manager who said it was okay and I should be receiving my replacement phone today!
