Have been a part of this company for over 8 years and now realizing their terrible customer service. My phone broke down and its been five days and have not received a new exchange. Metro PCS did not care that I was left without a phone, even in cases of emergency. I called today and they told me that the phone had just been shipped out yesterday despite the fact that I had reported and received a receipt that guaranteed my phone exchange should arrive in three days, five days ago. Metro PCS then proceeded to explain that I must wait another three days. I have never been so dissatisfied with any form of customer service.

After getting a brand new phone, about 2 weeks later I began to have problems with the camera. I went in and they orders me a replacement. When that replacement came in the speaker didnt function correctly. They had to order another phone. Waited to recieve a message as the employee had ecplained to me and never got one and had to go back into the store once again to order another phone I have yet to receive. Ive had multiple people help me in the visit and each person explained this differently. Very unsatisfied.

Customer service is horrible. Management need improvement as well. I wish I would of never had came here. All other metro stores Ive been to are very helpful and friendly. I would never recommend the one on Arlington and Van Buren to anyone.
