We were charged way too much for a screen repair. They also broke internal features of the phone in order to repair the screen and tried to blame it on the phone needing an update or factory reset. Also remember, taking a phone here for repair will mean losing your warranty for the phone. We put faith into this kiosk to fix our phone, but instead they charged us a heavy price to fix and break our phone. The home screen button no longer functions. This was a miserable lesson to learn from.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Screen was repaired as promised, however they make you sign a contract where the warranty is for a limited 14 days, but it seems after a few weeks, the screen begins lifting off the phone and your LCD breaks, so you need to go in and spend another $140 for screen repair. We reported it, and they said it was a common problem, so why dont they fix the process of fixing the phone if this continues to happen?

Horrible...they fixed my cracked phone for $100 then about two weeks later the screen started lifting and LCD broke...went back and had to pay another 100 to fix...I asked them why do I need to pay again if the LCD was never the problem before...it was do to a faulty screen repair...he said its common but not his fault...NEVER AGAIN...RIP OFF
