Id never had a problem with this store or its staff until I met Faisal. The first time he attended me was when Id initially broken my phone and was researching options to get a new one. He was so horrible I decided then and there I was going to leave Verizon after 9 years with them. It was another employee at this location on a second occasion that helped me find the information I needed and convinced me to stay. On my third visit I was again attended by Faisal (I tried looking for anyone else) and this visit was as horrible as the first. Remembering what a colossal waste of time Faisal was on my first visit I opened up with a concise request. "Im in a hurry, Id like to buy a galaxy s3; cash." He asked me 3 different ways if by cash I meant with a contract to which I replied three times with increasing exasperation "No." "No contract." "I have unlimited data and dont want to change my plan" The exchange was almost identical to my first visit. We went through the same spiel as before where he tried to sell me on a new contract that would cost me thousands of dollars more per year. Just like in my first visit he wouldnt drop the subject and instead wasted several minutes looking up my data usage only to concede that his new plan would double my bill. He then wasted more of my time trying to convince me to add a line and asking if I had any family who might be up for a new contract. Faisal spent 20 minutes aggressively ignoring my requests to buy the phone without a contract. This location is clean, well stocked and modern looking. The staff is friendly and helpful; except for Faisal. Faisal is horrible. Please fire him or promote him. Just get him off the sales floor, I never want to deal with him again.

I just got my Samsung Galaxy S6 on Friday. Yesterday, I noticed that there was an issue with the camera. On my lunch break, I took it in to see if they could replace it for me. Vanessa greeted me and asked what my issue was with the phone. After I explained, she verified with her manager that she could exchange the phone. Once she got the green light, she exchanged it for me with no hassle. When I got back to work, I went to pull off the protective film around the camera lens and noticed there was a scratch on the camera housing. When I looked closer, I saw there was a good size scratch on the metal frame as well. I called the store back to tell them what I saw. They told me to bring it back so they could see it. I showed Vanessa the damage and she showed it to her manager. I was afraid that they would assume that I dropped the phone and was trying to scam them into replacing it. To my surprise, all it took was the manager (I think his name was Jonathan) politely asking me if I had dropped it, and me saying no. They replaced it with no problem. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from a Verizon retail store. I typically avoid the stores all together because of the poor treatment Ive received in the past. Thank you Vanessa and Jonathan (if thats your name) for being awesome!

My experience yesterday at this location is precisely why I avoid going to Verizon stores. I came in for the Note 7 recall to simply exchange my phone for one that wouldnt bust into flames. I did not want or need accessories and as I refused each one offered, the associate became progressively less helpful and his statements got prevailed more curt. Customer service is about customer service, not margin. I want there to buy, and I didnt need to be up-sold.

These people working here are Idiots. They were giving us the run around for screen protectors and cases. Never a clear answer but kept telling us, "oh come back next week and next week and next week." Does it look like I have the time to come to this stupid ass store every week just to check on YOUR inventory??? im already regretting switching to Verizon from my previous carrier. I would advise u all not to go to this store.

Aaron Kingdom should be a customer service model for all Verizon staff. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I took my Grandson into the store on Magnolia this morning to address problems he was having with his phone. Mr. Kingdom greeted us at the door with a smile and a handshake and promptly resolved our issue with the phone...going above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you Verizon and thank you Mr. Kingdom.

If you are a Verizon subscriber. You get good service, but if you are moving to another carrier. Dez foos flip harder than burgers on the grill across da street. Dey tell u you need to call customer service on the 2way. When in fact, customer support says go to the corporate store. Dey give you the run around worse than a female asking why u like her pic on Instagram. FoReals tho, like Beyoncé say. Bye bye Verizon.

Poor customer service. When I walked in there is a worker at the check-in table, but she didnt say a word to me... no greeting. Then there were to sales ppl on the floor doing NOTHING and they wouldnt even come over to help me with the phones... even after I said, "Hello? Anyone going to help me?" Bad customer service... I guess they didnt want to make a sale.

Great selection, however, I feel that the staff doesnt really know about all the products as well as they could. When I faced a SIM card issue with a phone I had just purchased a day earlier, the technical manager recommended a factory data reset. A quick trip to another Verizon store revealed that the SIM card was just faulty.

Greeter was very knowledgeable, but trying to reach the store on the phone was impossible. When I called I was disconnected through the automated answering system, and it was during regular business hours!!! I would have liked to speak to someone, and not be directed to the website, because pricing can get so complicated.

Had some question on a new LG cell phone we purchased online, and was more than happy with the service we received from this Verizon location. Carl was very helpful as was the other person we talked with. I will definitely come back here for any Verizon help I need.

5th and final time over a 6 month timeframe I've come to this store, very very poor and un caring customer service. I very much miss the Tyler Mall location. Go see Alyssa Durda at the McKinley location. Much better staff at that location.

Bad customer service... I tried switching to an iPhone 6 and they tried to charge me these outrageous prices and I came to the sprint store on Tyler Street and got a way better deal I do NOT recommend my friends and family to this store.
