My dad and I went on Black Friday evening to switch a family plan of 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon because of the great deal they were offering. We expected chaos and unhelpful service because of the day. Instead, we get Jared, the Assistant Manager, and Mia, a service rep. Both provided some of the best service weve ever had at a phone store. Jared in particular was incredibly helpful and friendly. He not only made sure we got the deal we wanted, he helped us transfer info from our old phones to the new ones. He also explained how to get online rebates. THEN, after we got home that night, we realized that we should have gotten some Samsung VR gear as part of the deal. So the next day I called the store, got Jared, and asked about it. Once again he was more than gracious. We went back in to the store and he reprocessed the order so that we could get the gear at no cost. He also clearly answered additional questions we had. Ive never had such great customer service at a phone store. We werent rushed, belittled or talked down to, and it was no pressure sales. You dont expect such things in San Bernardino, but Jared and his team are a gem. If we ever need phones again, you can bet that were going back to him!

I appreciated the call advising me I was eligible for up grade. And I needed a p phone as my screen cracked months after Travis at my San Bernardino had called. He scheduled an appointment for me and explained how to use my new phone.And I needed the extra help. This is what I consider the best service Verizon provides for all the changes associated with the activation of a cell. Thank you Travis. I will be back if I need help.

I actually liked this store until I bought 4 phones. Buy one get one free. Was supposed to get 2 rebate cards but they only submitted one. They said wait 45 days. It took 3 1/2 months to get the rebate card. When I noticed there was only one, it was past the 30 days you have to submit a rebate. Luckily, after being on the phone for an hour, customer service took care me.

I was waiting for ever just to pay my bill, when there were five employees standing there letting the one girl help all the customers then one said he would help me but someone came in and he started helping them! Dont waste your time with the Jersey shore hair cut club that works there!

This place has absolutely horrible customer service. You would think I interrupted them at home it was such an inconvenience. They "misplaced"my 16 gb sd card not sure if it will be replaced......I would drive to another state before I ever stepfoot in there again
