My husband and I walked in looking to switch over. When a transgender female walked in and the guy helping us was quick to comment on how disgusting it was and that it was a guy in a skirt. I get that not everyone understands but its not your place to make such comments. It is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company you are supposed to be representing. At&T you need to have a serious talk with your employees

Went in looking for a specific phone and the staff couldnt help us... Not only were they rude but they couldnt be bothered to call another store to check stock availability... Very disappointed in the customer service and in the reps here.
