Yo.me e quedado sorprendida con la mala actitud con la que me acaba de tratarme ese supuesto trabajador de ustedes no me dejo explicar absolutamente nada me corto la.llamada en mi cara lo cual es una falta de respeto además volví a llamar de nuevo y ignoro la llamada estoy sumamente ofendida con esta falta de ética y de respeto perdieron una nueva clienta que horror

worst customer service ever went in to make a payment and had a question regarding a plan girl didnt even let me finish asking my question when she cut me off and said "I know what your going to say" I told her well you need to let me finish asking my question and not cut me off thats rude and she replied "well your being rude" didnt even bother asking my question or getting the answer for me changing my plan because didnt want to deal with such a rude sales associate! Never returning to this location to make any changes or payments to my account!

Arthur here is incompetent and has a "thug" attitude. Not professional at all. The office is often locked during business hours...Arthur hangs out with his girlfriend at nearby eats /shops. Cricket service itself is good and reliable. Hotspot service drops frequently though. Customer service is nearly impossible...constantly losing my place in line and taking up to 2hrs to get help. Good luck navigating through the menu options if you want to hear a voice.
