The worst T-Mobile ever!!!! All the signs were in Spanish.... uh! I am American and dont speak Spanish. When I asked the rep for English material, he chuckled and said, "Its there." and then giggled "really small." The phone we wanted wasnt even on display. Though it was available in limited colors. When we asked about how long it would take to order the phone in a different color the rep said he thought it was month behind in back-orders. He did not even bother to check. Mind you, the store wasnt even busy so he had time. We asked if he could call another store to see if it was in stock there. We wanted them to call a store that apparently was a franchise, not corporate, so he would not call them. Then another store rep said she heard bad things about that place anyway and to go somewhere else. We went to the other franchise store and found that the phone we wanted was available in two days and ordered it there. The Tyler/ Arlington location far surpassed the service than this place. And, the signs were in English too.

Well, I dont review often and this review is a bit late coming but I did want to commend the staff at the T-Mobile store on Arlington in Riverside. I recently (a little over a month ago,) purchased two iPads from T-mobile and wanted to activate a subscription to Rhapsody. Unfortunately, neither T-Mobile nor Rhapsody tech support were of much help in activating the service and were challenged by the fact that in order to turn up the account, it was necessary to send a text message to the device. Given that iPads dont receive txt (only iMessages,) both support departments were stumped.. Well luckily, one of the assistant managers was willing to "activate" my service on a phone and then reassign the SIM to my iPad account in order to work around the issue. In the process, he had to go through two SIMs (for which he didnt charge me at all.) Im happy to report that this worked and I now have my Rhapsody subscription fully functional thanks to the staff at the T-Mobile store.. Thanks guys!

Gabby was very helpful! This site is usually very busy, takes a while just to make a payment. But today I went in for the tablet 3 and since they were out of stock Gabby was kind enough to offer free next day shipping, unfortunately this option was not available since it was on back order, she recommended the Nexus next day shipping, but it wasnt what I wanted and with out pressure she kindly called several other stores until she found one that carried the tablet 3. Thank you Gabby for your excellent customer service....

I have been to this location many times before and I have always been offered great customer service regardless on what issues I had. I have also recently been helped by Jesus, I liked the fact that he took his time to go over the contract with me and made sure I understood what I was getting myself into before I left. The people that have bad reviews on this site just like on any bad reviews on any another website sound more like cry babies that couldnt get what they wanted instead of what they needed.

I called the T mobile and was transferred to tech which couldnt help, I also waited in line in a Orange County t Mobley store off harbor and Wilson only to be brushed off. I gave it one more shot and Jorge R gave me the absolute best customer service. He fixed the problem and offered even more help. Thank you so much, I was able to leave with a piece of mind being that it was my moms phone you fixed.

Fast clean and always great flavored Chinese food comfortable atmosphere clean and affordable and Fast the only place in Riverside that I go to enjoy Chinese food when I want that flavor and crunchy sour sweet sour chicken or the barbecue pork amazing is always fresh and if they run out they have some instantly for always pleases my experience

The person helping my husband and I was very nice, and helpful as could be. My only complaint, and I dont think its necessarily this establishments fault, but seems our issue was fixed for a time but is back. So maybe our guy did his job but corporate is to blame. Till I know for sure I will leave it at 3 out of 5 stars.

T-Mobile is fairly deceptive with their advertising! They produce TV ads that are not telling the whole story and the deal is not as good as it sounds. I didnt find out the whole truth till visiting this store, and they didnt help any! No compassion.

Worst excuse for a phone being hot. The back of your phone is cracked. This problem has occurred since I got the phone and 70 plus hours a week at work no time. Worsted customer service I have ever had.

We switched over to T Mobile from AT&T. This was our first experience with them and it went great. Ash was very helpful and answered all of our questions and got us in and out in less than an hour.

Staff tried to convince me my phone wouldnt be able to receive 4G speeds any longer because my phone was "too old". Complete lie and scam. Do they think I am an idiot? Absolutely horrible place.

T-Mobile stores can be hit and miss. Ive found this particular location to be a good one. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as fairly low pressure. I try to use them exclusively.
