I dropped my iphone this weekend at a car show and when I picked it up from the hot pavement, I was afraid to look at it, but I had to see if it was cracked even though it had one of those glass protectors the screen still cracked and all I could see were lines. I grabbed my wife’s phone and search the local area for a place to have it repaired. I called a couple of places but these guys were the most informative and they made me feel at ease over the phone. The only issue with this place is that they are very busy at least on weekends and because its first come first serve type of service you might have to drop off your phone and pick it up later in the day or you can just wait around for it, like I did. I didn’t mind waiting because while I was waiting in line to drop off my phone I could hear how they were treating other customers ahead of me and that sealed the deal for me. During the repair they called my wife’s phone to let me know that my phone’s water detection sticker was red which means some water or moisture had found its way inside my phone, I really appreciate the fact that they kept me informed of other issues they found with my phone during the repair, they even send me pictures. These techs are very helpful and knowledgeable and they answer all my questions and concerns. I had to wait for about 1 hour 30 minutes, but that’s because there were 4 repairs ahead of me which was fine with me because them being busy made me feel like these guys have a very good reputation in this community, they even gave me a good discount on a new case and glass protector. My iphone was back to life, I tested my phone signed, paid and headed back to my car show. LOL. BTW while I waited for my phone to be fixed, I discover a new treat called “Mangonada” in a shop next door (delicious). I will definitely return if I ever have the need of a repair on my phone.

My third time coming in here and all staff here seems happy to be working, they are also good remembering faces as they remembered my name which made me feel welcomed. The techs here always bring my phones back to life and they are honest too, because once they actually advise me that one of my phones was not worth fixing and they suggested that my better option would be to go to apple and get a trade, which I did, this was nice of them because they could have simply done all the repairs my phone needed which I was ok with, but they were honest and I feel like they looked after my best interest. Not only are they great at their profession but also have great customer service skills. I am beyond thankful to them and wouldn’t doubt ever coming back. I feel bad for what their competition is trying to do to their high ratings, by over posting negative reviews about them. All I got to say is You have to come see for yourself and experience the actual Truth about these amazing guys. If there were a 10 star rating system, I would give WOW Wireless Cell Phone Repair all of them for a great experience. Thank you.

They are fast, inexpensive and professional! I couldnt be happier with the service they provided!!! :D My phone suffered water damage from a pool party in Vegas for my birthday. I had purchased the "Ottor Box -preserver series", but the case failed to keep the water out as it had been advertised. I urgently had to have it fixed. Perla and Alex were so professional and prompt! They were consistently keeping me updated, explained thoroughly what they were doing, and worked with me on fixing my Iphone 5. I was always weary of taking my phone to any cell phone repair shop but I can assure you I will be using them from now on. I would HIGHLY ( I cannot express that enough) recommend WOW Wireless Cell phone repair.

Horrible customer service!!! Got a galaxy S6 lcd screen fixed and it lasted only 5 months! They couldnt do anything cus its out of 30 day warranty. Ok i understand. My brother gives me an iphone 6 plus that screen had messed up, i take it there to get fixed again. Horrible mistake! Took the phone on the 22nd of march, phone screen turned black today april 28th. I call them and explain to them and they say they cant do nothing cus its over 30 days! So its ok that phone lasted me only 36 days?!?!? Have wasted close to 400 dollars on this business and they cant do anything for their customers. Take ur phone else where!! Save ur money!!!!

If I could give them less than one star I would. The woman that works there was VERY RUDE with a very bad attitude. Definitely needs to learn better customer service skills. We walked right out and will be taking our business else where. If youre going to treat a customer like that then just no. Would not trust you with our business. Also they hiked up the price from the price they had given us over the phone even though we told them what we needed. Then claimed with a bad attitude, "well we talk to A LOT of people". Never again.

Ive been coming here since my brother found them at the swap meet when he broke his iphone. I had my iPhone repair more than twice and my iPad just got repaired here two days ago after I threw it at my ex after I caught that you know what cheating. I am happy With the service and most likely will come back. The only thing I dont like is that they move to Perris cause I have to drive up there but I dont trust no one else cause people be stealing up in MoVal.

I bought a Note 5 on Offerup for $225 bucks thinking I was getting a good deal. Months later my phone stopped working and called my carrier they told me that the phone was blacklisted due to finance. I was pretty mad but I went to this place and Alex the owner took good care of me. He also repaired the back glass that was cracked all together for a reasonable price. He told me next time if the price is too good that is because it is, no more Offerup for me.

My Dad told me about this place, they gave me a great price, I got my phone fixed at the mall and it stopped receiving messages I took it here, they charge me $15 for diagnostics, the guy who fixed it put the wrong screws and was touching the board at least that is what the guy at the counter said I was just happy I got my phone working and they only charge me the diagnostic even though they could have charge me more.

Took my wifes S4 in for repair for a non working LCD screen and camera. Took the phone in late afternoon and they switched the screen and camera from another S4 that I had and had it ready the next morning. Charged only $45. The girl working the counter, Perla, took extra time helping us backing up photos and showing us other operations of the phone that we werent aware of. Excellent customer service...
