Do not go here. The management and employees have no integrity. NONE!! I went in to upgrade my daughters phone for her grades and I was lied to from the moment the rep opened her mouth. I was dealing with an Indian girl with long black hair. Not only did she lie about how much the upgrade would cost me per month, but she eagerly wanted to switch me over to this plan that she claimed was not only cheaper, but included a free hot spot with not additional charge or monthly fees. LIES! Not only was I charged a $36 activation fee but I was also charged an additional $20 per month for something I was not using. I called 611 to see why my bill was high and that is when it was revealed to me that everything she told me was a lie. My bill had increased by almost $75! The phone rep who was very nice as they always are said for me to simply return the phone to the store and because you were lied to and your bill shows that you have never used the hot spot, the manager should return the device regardless of the fact that you are a few days past your return time. NOT! I spoke with Isach Ordinala and not only was he rude and short with me, he was not apologetic or willing to even try to fix the problem. He simply said "if it its on the receipt and you signed it, you accepted it. LIVID!! I said are you at all concerned that your employee is a blatant liar. His response " like I said, if its on the receipt and you signed it, you accepted it" He wasnt even concerned when I asked for his name to file a complaint. I said I just googled the reviews for your store and youre doing exactly what everyone complained about. His response was "ok, you signed it, you accepted it" I was done!

24/10/2016 called the store to find out if they have i phone 7 in stock and the girl refused to provide information and kept us on hold for 45 minutes . called again from other fine got to the manager Paul in 3 min .. reported incident *** I was in the store and Sean was the guy attending us for a port in request on a boost no to out existing at&t account . we wanted a i phone 7 plus which was not in stock and had to order it to get it . agreed . Sean helped 10/25/2016 up to go through the process and since we went at 8.00 pm the store closes at 9.00 pm the request was not completed that ideally is meant to take few minutes . Melissa was following up and was suppose to get back once the approval was done . 10/26/2016 i called several times to check on status everytime was promised call back but never got one . 10/27/2016 i called in again spoke to Micheal informed me that the request was denied and they can place a request again . I would rate u guys 0 for the customer service u gave me .. Is this what you call customer service ???? i am surprised that not even one person was responsible enough or i would call customer centric at such a big corporate Store *****MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I RATHER NOT BE YOUR CUSTOMER ** Please mark useful if u experienced the same at this location 3502 Tyler St Riverside, CA 92503.. *** I RATHER WORK WITH SOMEONE WHO VALUE MY TIME & MY BUSINESS **

Im a T-Mobile loyalist, however my work subscribes to AT&T, so I went here to pick up a new work phone that was ordered online by my work. Their cheerful welcoming, order pickup, and store layout, which mimic that of T-Mobiles was impressive. I was taken care of immediately, as there were plenty staff to help several customers at once, and the rep even applied my screen protector and case for me. However, I rated them only 3 stars due to their not giving me a receipt for my accessories purchase that I made with my personal credit card, separate from my work account. I was given a receipt only for the work phone, which I understandably mistook for my accessories receipt, as I was under the impression that a receipt had already been given for the phone to my work at the time of that order. I had to make another trip here to get my receipt because of this, and when I did, I was informed that the receipt for my personal accessories purchase with my personal credit card went to my works account. This does not make any sense; shouldnt the work phone receipt be the one to go to the work account since it was purchased by my work online, while my personal receipt I made aside from my work account in person with my personal credit card be the one that is printed for me at the store, not the other way around?! Totally backwards.

I went in yesterday to get help with my Iphone 5, I have insurance and my phone is still under warranty .. well I walked in and right away someone said hi .... (very Good) but then I told her what was wrong with my phone. And that I had called and they left notes that all they had to do was take my phone and give me a new one .... well this lady took it to her manager who just looked at my phone one time. didnt even hold it, didnt even look at my account and said they dont do that at that store that I had to take it to apple ... (apple is about 40 min from where I live) Thats why I called first. and on top of that this lady (manager ) had the biggest frown. like why are you working there if your not going to help anyone out. you guys are just there for no reason . (manager , and sales rep that helped me) I would say your name but again you didnt tell me ! worthless at what you do seriously ! . anyways I went to the att store inside the tyler mall and omg they gave me my phone in 2 min .. No questions asked . they knew what to do!

This was our first time here switching from Verizon. That experience was terrible. A bunch of workers walking around and some just standing like we have all day. The guy that approached us didnt seem to know much of anything because he kept going back and forth asking questions to his manager. We were there for almost 3 hours just to switch over to ATT. No one couldve just taken over and helped out?! Ridiculous! And thats not even the worst part, we got slapped with a bill from Verizon about how we are still supposed to pay for our cancellation fees when we were TOLD this would be covered by ATT by this guy. Verizon had to inform us that this happens all the time, that other companies are not honest about the switching process. Boy were we PISSED. Now we are stuck with ATT for a while. But we are definitely NOT going back to that store for help!! Couldnt WAIT to write a review on the place!!!!!! Thanks for nothing ATT!!!!

My wife had to come to this store because her upgrade was sent out to an incorrect address. We contacted Business Care and they instructed us to have Fedex send it back and go to store and pick it up. It was also notated in the account for her to do so. The store manager Danielle met us with the most horrible attitude i have ever encountered. She refused to honor the commitment set by att and said att can not tell her store what to do. We had 2 supervisors from the call center call and and I called the store from florida with another ATT mobility supervisor on the line. She spoke over me the whole time then refused to give me her infomation to file a complaint before hanging up the line. ( I got it from ATT) It seems to me she only wanted to get sales credit for a new phone because she kept trying to say we would have to pay this and that, If you have an option i would recommend you avoid this store at all cost.
